The best place to find designer clothing, accessories, kitchen gear, luggage, ANYTHING for 40−50% off retail! The store is mostly clean and I never feel like I’m «fighting» or «elbowing» my way through the store like some of the other reviews. Always a pleasant shopping experience and never, I repeat NEVER, leave empty handed. They are good with returns as well as long as you have your receipt. So far no bad experiences with this location and its become my new fave store because of all the designer digs! If you see something, buy it, because it won’t be there the next time you go — constantly changing items and things go quick. I have found some of my favorite designers here and it’s awesome

Karen the«manager» offered me $ 0.99 discount on an item that was broken that I was planing on buying and repair. She’s a joke! I told her cashier to tell her to keep the item and that I will give her a $ 1 instead. What a way to take care of a customer that spent over $ 200 in their store.

The older reviews are right: this location used to be a great place to find a bargain. Used to be. Now, the quality is much lower and the great brands are rare.

It’s not the best shopping experience, but I found some good deals here. Sometimes it’s worth it to look for bargains and elbow your way to one part of the store to another. Sometimes, I just leave when it looks like a friggin’ mad house. Shopping isn’t my thing and crowds definitely do not make me happy. I don’t really shop at Marshall’s all that much and don’t have any other location to compare it to, but I thought it was a big store. It has a decent selection of stuff that are neat to have or give to someone. I came here to shop for Christmas gifts last year and again for other people’s birthdays. I also ended up getting myself some stuff. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for gifts. There are lots of clothes, but I think most of it are low quality with a few brand names that are good quality thrown in. I think it’s worth it to check out their sports gear. You’ll have to look for the good, quality brands to get a good deal. I found an Adidas crossfit tank here that I use every week. I found some great stuff for my dog here too. Also bought a few brand name sports bras and some house décor. I also looked at their bags and accessories before. Some brand names I remember seeing were Calvin Klein, Abercrombie & Fitch, Tommy Hilfiger, Jessica Simpson, Gucci, Juicy Couture, etc. Pros: — Some brand name products for a lower price. — Some good quality products if you can sort through all the crap. — Some cool, random stuff to buy as gifts. — Most cashiers are friendly. They usually have a few cashiers during their busy hours. — Someone’s always trying to organize the chaos in the clothes rack, even if they don’t hide their bitterness about it. They look really unhappy usually, which I think is understandable. — They have shoes, clothes, kitchen stuff, some edible gift products, makeup, gym stuff, kids toys and clothes, furniture, home décor, dog stuff, electronics, art, paper products, candles, bath stuff, snacks, and random gift items. Cons: — There’s a rent-a-cop at the door. Wow, I didn’t know I was at the ghetto part of the city. — Speaking of ghetto, some of their employees sure act like we’re in the ghetto. Rude, bad manners, terrible customer service. — I tried a piece of clothing once. I was ignored by the employee at the dressing room for a few minutes while she busied herself with empty hangers. Then she gave me attitude that I had too many clothes to try on(about 7 pieces of clothes). Dressing room was dirty and unkempt, I felt like I had to take a shower asap. I don’t know if some homeless people sleep in there. It’s that bad. — Some of the customers here are also shady. I had someone take stuff from my cart in front of me and another lady was literally taking stuff off my hands while I looked at some clothes. Not my favorite place to go for sure. I just try to go early on a weekday so I don’t have to deal with so many people. Overall, if this place is close to you and you don’t want to drive too far, this place might be worth it to get brand name stuff. I’ve seen a few dollar stores better managed and better maintained with better employees who aren’t disgruntled. Sure, you could go home with a lot of goodies from this place. But lower your expectations and you’ll be just fine.

POORCUSTOMERSERVICE. This sales person, who represents the store, deserves no stars. Took my merchandise and receipt in to Marshalls, San Juan Capistrano, for a return. Erin M. assisted me. This individual had no affect and no idea what good customer service is about. I was told I had to come back on a different day when the manager is available. Apparently she wasn’t authorized to handle my return? What? Possibly the trade off of shopping at Marshalls, San Juan Capistrano is finding a good deal, without good effective customer service? Don’t waste your time.

Dig dig for the gold baby. Yes it’s work but there are designers and bargains all over. This is the business model and it works great for the bargain shoppers that want nice clothes. This location they are always pretty cool. Check out is fast and I aways find some diamonds in the rough.

Not Marshalls with the best selection, but it sure beats the Ross down the street. I personally didn’t find anything I liked here(shoe selection is better in Laguna Hills) and the clothes seemed for a bit of an older crowd, but if that’s your thing, then go for it. What did I like? The denim. They had some nice Joes and Hudson. Too bad I wasn’t in the market for new jeans. I’d visit the Laguna Hills location over this one, but if you’re in the neighborhood and looking to kill time, pop in.

Treasure hunting? This is your spot, so much variety, everything from Calvin Klein to peppermills. They are super cool about returns even with the tag off the item, as long as your within the time frame of the receipt. The shoes are always fun to look thru and great kids stuff and kitchen goods. I adore the fact that they always have Ralph Lauren sheets and they are my favorite. This location is super causer you can also hit up a big lots and a Ross within a mile and grab a drink or a bit to eat in between. It may be a challenge to get off the freeway, but worth it for sure.

They have remodeled & have nice new dressing rooms. The employees are nice but don’t have the ability to be very helpful. They do their best to keep things organized & arranged nicely on display.

I don’t often find myself in a Marshalls, but today we were out looking for a newsboy cap for a costume and couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. We searched Walmart, thrift stores, etc but Marshalls had the goods. This store had a large selection of women’s clothing. I was too distracted to check out everything they had in stock, but a quick breeze through had me thinking I should drop in when I have more time. Seems like one of the nicer Marshalls stores. I’ve heard people who like Marshalls swear by this location in particular, now I have a better sense of why. Plus, it’s open till 8pm during the week, and till 9:30 /10:00 on Friday and Saturday.
