stop in today to get a Birthday gift. They have a selection on new clothing, Love the Boutique. You have to know your prices on select items. St. Johns knits sells here for $ 200 for Jackets and a St Johns Leather Jacket for $ 250. !!! Which I purchased for myself! Found an excellent China set of dishes, reasonably priced, for my friend who was very pleased. Love the Store!!! Keep up the good work.

Way overpriced! Ridiculous prices on home décor items. Home Goods sells new items for much much less. Don’t call items «vintage» unless you also show the printed page from a legit website with info on the same item to justify your price point. I’m curious if they actually WANT to sell items or just make cutesy arrangements around the store for display? As thrift stores go they obviously overprice everything and then mark it «on sale». Sad.

Very rude workers. I called about a dining set I had seen and asked if it was still available. She said yes and I said I will be right there. I arrived in about 8 minutes and was ready to purchase when a worker said sorry this is sold. I said yes I know, I am the one who called a few minutes ago to buy it. She said, sorry, cash is king, her money came first. I couldnt believe it. I asked her to do the right thing, after all it was promised to me. She basically said too bad and I can call the manager in 2 days when she comes in.

This is a very clean store the ladies are volunteers so I really don’t think we should complain about them at all because they do donate all their time. I do find a few things once in awhile but all in all to high prices for a thrift store I really wish they would read the reviews because if they lowered their prices they would sell more and have a better turn over in merchandise and everyone would be happy

I was excited to shop here. I have a 1 year old so in order to shop I need to bring a stroller (I have a umbrella stroller). I walk up to the door and there’s a sign saying no strollers… So I did not even bother going inside. I would rather know my child is safe and secure in a stroller then have him trying to run all over the store. So they get 1 star since I can not give them 0.

I Agree with most Unilocaler’s reviews, way overpriced! rude volunteers! merchandise that sits so long you could see the thick dust ! sofas that sit for month’s «but «they will add the ever changing pillows to make it look like its a new sofa. Sorry lady’s that trick only works so long! And pleezzzzzze!!! lady’s stop! with the ever changing unsold items nobody wants camouflaged as new and try to sell for a kings ransom !!! «A Word Of Wisdom» Love donated items to your store by kind, giving souls, Lets not be GREEDY!!!

Large and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, most things are very overpriced for a thrift or charity store. I saw shoes marked $ 57 and was sure it was a mistake. That was the price and they were very unfriendly when I questioned it said that is more than retail. You might find a few bargains in there but it is sad that they market as a thrift store and price as a retail store. There was a nice wool coat for $ 25 so hunt for the bargains.

Highly overpriced! Some items are marked with a price higher than one would expect to pay for new merchandise! Staffed mostly by senior volunteers who take their job very seriously and seem quite stressed out. Sign says no bargaining, so I’ve seen the same merchandise linger in the store for 6 months or more!
There are plenty of other thrift stores in the area… several on Camino Real in San Clemente and one near Smart and Final… these are all much more reasonable in price.

Clean, well organized store. Staff friendly and helpful. Above average goods, in good condition, some things are a little pricey but I scored big time on a pair of newly re-​upholstered recliner chairs. I’ll definitely be back.

I went to San Juan Capistrano to check out the thrifting and see if anything was good. I had heard some great things about this place and was hoping to find some furniture for my new house! Unfortunately, my shopping trip was a bust and the customer service was severely lacking :(
The selection: Furniture and housewares were good and lots of selection, but it was way overpriced for the date and damage of the items. I have found a lot more high end pieces for 75% less at Goodwill or Salvation Army. I agree with another Unilocaler that the clothing/​shoes were def geared at a 55+ customer base, which is not me.
As far as the service: Let me begin by saying, I am a general mgr for a large retailer, so when I go into thrift stores I don’t expect legendary service! However — I do expect a ‘hello’ or some sort of acknowledgment that I am there. I didn’t realize untii I read more reviews that this place is run by volunteers, so I suppose that explains my 30 minute shopping experience and not a single woman said hi to me. (there were 3 behind the little counter). Oh Well.
All in all, this place leaves little to be desired :(

Most items in the store are on the expensive side… Used leather chair for $ 350.00. China dish set for 6 prices more than $ 200.00. Geez… we get better deal from craiglist. Clothing is catered to the older crowd. Won’t shop there again. Disappointment!!!

the good: It was clean, didn’t smell musty. Staff was helpful (but not friendly). great selection of nic-​nacs to decorate house. Most of the furniture was nice, almost new looking–
the bad: prices on EVERYTHING EXPENSIVE-​was much more than I’ve seen in any thrift store… It was disappointing. Not a great selection of clothes, not organized by size, nor color– and again, way too expensive 4 – 12 dollars. what??? a few undershirts for a dollar.

Randomly walked in to see what this place was all about.
They had just wheeled a cart outside of «Junior» clothes that was 1 dollar in front of the store. Normally I have no luck but I happened to find a cute gap corduroy red skirt, awesome finds are subjective I know, but for me that was awesome!
I was hoping with such a great start, the rest of my experience would be like that. Unfortunately not. The rest of their daily deals were nothing I could benefit from, some coats were 50% off, which original price happened to be a $ 100+ for some, didn’t seem l50% off of coats that are ghastly overpriced would of even felt like a deal.
The rest of the clothes there were minimal in selection, overpriced, and things I would see at your average run of the mill thrift store. The general clothing area of the store is marginal itself.
The rest of the store seems to cater to everything but clothes, which if you’re there not for clothes it could be right up your alley. Furniture, kitchen, books, etc.
I was glad I scored that one deal, but that was probably not a regular thing I would come across.

I would rather finish on a good note so…
CONS: Kinda sorta pricey– not too many DEALS or super good FINDS. I think the employees know their stuff and price accordingly so you don’t get any surprises. Some things are a bit overpriced I think like everything except books.
Clothes are geared toward the older crowd– Not a big selection but most of it is for the ladies in the 55+ category.
PROS: Very nice staff. Everyone always offers help and is friendly.
Good book prices, sometimes a nice selection.
Clean organized store with a broad selection of different things.

I was never fond of thrift shops, but after stopping here– I am a believer!
My mom decided to stop by all the thrift stores to hunt for baskets that my dad fills w/​goodies for his «bigger accounts».
The staff are all friendly and all remind me of the «Golden Girls»… and they are all volunteers.
We found an oak music stand in perfect condition for 25 bucks, and I quickly snatched it… only problem is… w/​the next to nothing prices, you can go a little crazy & buy more stuff than you need. And have no room in your car for all your purchases that you have to pay for shipping– shipping costs more than items themselves, HA!
