Service King Collision Repair of San Juan Capistrano

Service King was awesome from the minute I walked in their office. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you not only receive the best service possible, but that you understand the process and are included in every step of repair. The paperwork was clear and easy to complete, and they would consistently reach out to me to provide updates and check in with me to make sure I was aware of the repairs process. I have to specifically make a shout out to JAIME who really made this experience the best. Jaime would personally contact me to check in and make sure that I was in the loop, and he went above and beyond to help make the entire experience as easy as possible. He dealt with the insurance companies personally and would follow up with them even if they hadn’t responded to a request just to make sure that everything kept going. Outstanding customer service experience all around, but it was really Jaime who shines as the exceptional employee. I would recommend Service King to everybody who needs professional automotive service, even if you don’t live in SJC it would be worth the trip just for the experience alone. These guys are the BEST!!!

Service King lives up to it’s name! I received 5 Star Service for sure! I went in to get an estimate on damage to my vehicle and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist in such a clean office. I had scraped my Ford Expedition while trying to park and had yellow paint from a pole all over my rear wheel area. A wonderful service advisor named Jaime Casarez was going to give me an estimate and ended up removing the yellow paint off my black truck and the damage wasn’t as bad as I thought. Just some slight scratches that aren’t even that noticeable. I asked how much I should pay him and he said «nothing»! I am beyond pleased as I went in bummed out and left extremely happy! If I need future repair work done on any of my vehicles you can bet I will be going back to Service King. Thank you Jaime!

Have been to Service King three times. The most recent for an insurance repair of $ 15 K. These folks are fabulous. Jaime and Marie keep you updated on the repair process process at all times. The repairs are great and you can not tell them apart from the original. I would never use anyone else. Their customer service is 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Our experience with Service King in San Juan Capistrano was the best we’ve ever had with a repair shop. Marie was outstanding! We brought in our car that was moderately damaged and they made it like new. Our car means a lot to us. We have taken great care and effort to keep it clean and like new. We were concerned that it might come back to us in a lesser condition, but Marie listened to our concerns and treated us with professionalism and kindness. She kept us informed every step of the process. There was no wondering for us what was going on. She let us know. The technicians’ work is excellent. They are more artisans than technicians. The blending of the paint is flawless. We hope our car is never in a situation again where we have to have it fixed, but if it is there is no hesitation where we will take it. Thank you Service King and Marie for the wonderful job you did for us!

Considering it is never a pleasant reason you have to deal with a Collision Repair shop in the first place, I must say, this was one of the most positive experiences I had considering the circumstances. I merely chose Service King out of convenience geographically and I really got lucky. From the communication to the outcome was stellar. They under committed and definitely over delivered. The work was flawless and even when I had a minor issue (passenger back seat child lock was stuck), they even offered to rent me a car for the day to have it fixed. And then they insisted I come back in 30 days and completely waxed and detailed my car. I was so pleased with Marie, Jamie & the crew. From start to finish, this establishment is clean, professional and does outstanding work. I cannot recommend them enough. I hope I don’t ever need to use them again for obvious reasons but if I find myself in a situation where I do, I will be back hands down. If you make this shop your choice, its a good one.

Amazing service. Jaime helped us out and made my car look brand new. They finished it quickly within the time frame we discussed, worked with us on the price, and returned my car completely cleaned inside and out. I can’t even tell where the big dent in my car was after they fixed it up!
