I called and asked if they could put in new tracks in my glass wardrobe closet. I was told yes and that if they come out it would be $ 85.00. No problem. When he got here his personality was like a wet rag and proceeds to tell me you can’t repair these tracks and I need all new tracks and doors. I said I don’t want knew wardrobes doors mine are fine just new tracks. He said it can’t be done. that will be $ 85.00… I said I am not paying you because I know darn well these tracks can be replaced. You said you do repairs and if you can’t do what I want I am not paying. You said you could do that stuff on the phone. He had an awful attitude. When he said he was in business for over 30 years I said 30 years too long you got your hustle down… I told him I would put on a review when I got them repaired… AND I DID… The guy said to do my doors it was $ 750.00 Each… Keep in mind my trailer has a life expectancy of 15 more years … LOL… I said I am not stupid and these can be fixed. When I get them fixed I will leave you a review as you said it can’t be done… WELL HERE GOES … YOU LOSE … Mr Hustler… … I called the Quick Fix and they installed new tracks to all 3 closets… for 750.00 in a timely and professional manner.. I built a home and a store so this guy was hustling the wrong gal! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS… But I Highly recommend THE QUICK FIX!

We are very picky spenders who have been pleasantly surprised by this company’s presentation, expediting, design, quality and installation. Our custom shower enclosure is beautiful and modern.
We feel that the negative reviews on this site must be from other glass companies. We did interview several before selecting.
Our experience is exactly the opposite of the negative comments.

These guys are wonderful and made my bathroom remodel a piece of cake! Everyone I worked with is extremely polite and professional — some companies just excel at customer service and this is one of them. They showed up promptly and gave me a very fair estimate of work. The measurements were extremely precise — they insisted on doing it a bunch of ways to make sure they got it right! Now that’s what I am talking about! I am extremely satisfied with the work and installation they performed. I would definitely use South Coast Glass again in the future.

if you need a shower door and customer service is important then I would run in another direction. The owner is rude and could care less about pleasing his customers. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I purchased with this company. The installation was sloppy and I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to return and fix the job and they act like they are doing me a favor. They still haven’t fix the door. I am not sure how they stay in business. I really rate them no stars.

EXPIRED LICENSE ALSO! All these other reviews are correct… this place sucks. I am pretty positive that the owner, Shawn, is bipolar as everyone has mentioned. His stellar employee, Rod, is the biggest stoner in the world and cannot remember ANYTHING and will promise you an install date and then never remember the date he set or be able to find the paper he wrote it down on. Their prices are considerably lower than others, but this is the reason as this business sucks. DO NOT USE unless you are a cheapo and have plenty of time to waste.

I had a completely different experience with these guys. I went in and let them know I needed a shower surround in a newly renovated bathroom. The owner came the next morning (Saturday) and took measurements, the surround was ready three days later and installed. I am to say the least, very detail oriented (that’s putting it nicely) and partially due to my wall/​tile not being square, I felt it needed a little adjustment– he sent his guys out again (within 48 hours) and they fixed the problem perfectly. (And this was all done after they had my payment). I have no problem recommending this company to others!

Beware, owner is a real piece of work. Ordered some glass I needed no later than a Saturday, they promised to call which they never did. Had it in writing but the owner did not care, would not refund my money and then threatened me, Nice Guy! I guess some people just keep surviving no matter how they treat people. He also has kids working there that don’t have a clue.
