The firm was founded by Arthur Stockton in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Stockton brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the firm. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law, in 1985. He began his career with O’Connor Cavanagh (now Greenberg Traurig) in Phoenix. His practice was concentrated in securities transactions, representing issuers of real estate syndications and mortgage backed securities.
He went on to co-found the new Valley Bank of Arizona and the Stockton Trust Companies. Having both owned a bank and represented issuers of Collaterilized Debt Obligations and Collaterilzed Mortgage Obligations, Mr. Stockton has intricate knowledge of the securitized mortgage system. Suffice it to say that he understands the weaknesses in the system and how to exploit the rampant fraud currently comitted by lenders and servicers.
