Meet the Business Owner

Gregg S.

Business Owner

Gregg Stone started his career in the homebuilding and construction industry in 1993 and is actively involved in running every day-​to-​day aspect of the business. Before forming Stone Building Corporation in 2002, Gregg worked with other leading builders and developers such as Legacy Partners, Toll Brothers, Hunt Building Company, and SummerHill Homes, and has participated in the development and construction of over 1,200 homes and 600 apartments throughout California and Virginia. Gregg has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and a Masters in Real Estate. As with many successful builders, Gregg started out as a carpentry apprentice at an early age and eventually became experienced in all phases of the construction and development processes.
