The new Southern California facility is the first SUP factory showroom in the United States and the largest worldwide. SUP ATX is credited with introducing and popularizing the sport of SUP in lakes, rivers and surfing areas throughout the United States and around the world beginning in 2009. Since then, SUP ATX has been the industry leader and key driving force in the global adoption of SUP, the fastest growing water sport in the world. This continued growth and expansion have fueled the opening of the new 9,000 square foot showroom facility in Orange County, California. All levels of board packages are available at the new factory showroom from beginner to advanced paddler. Board packages are priced as low as $ 499.

History

Established in 2008.

SUP ATX is credited with introducing and popularizing the sport of Stand Up Paddle Surfing (SUP) in lakes, rivers and surfing areas throughout the United States and around the world beginning in 2008. In its first year, SUP ATX grew into the #1 Stand Up Paddle Board Maker Worldwide.

SUP ATX began testing various board makes and shapes in the ocean in Malibu. After determining which boards would work best in lakes and rivers as well as oceans, SUP ATX began shipping various boards to friends and associates for further testing on inland lakes and rivers worldwide. This resulted in valuable feedback used in developing the SUP ATX line of stand up paddle boards and resulted in the spreading of stand up paddling in key recreational lakes and rivers throughout the central United States in 2008.
