History

Established in 2015.

I’ve had some significant losses in my family, all unexpected and overwhelming. We weren’t ready to plan Memorial Services — it wasn’t on our radar at all. So we stepped through the normal processes, had the bodies transferred to the local Funeral Homes and followed their instructions. What we didn’t know, is that we could have had more. We didn’t need to do a traditional Funeral or Memorial if we didn’t want to. We could have spent less on the actual arrangements, and focused more on a great celebration. We had far more options than we knew of — but no time (or will) to shop.

So, years later, The Final Celebration was born. We are dedicated solely to creating unique and extraordinary Funeral and Memorial Celebrations. My niece took her own life in October of 2014. I watched my sister have difficulty functioning, breathing, eating, carrying on a conversation. Nothing mattered, her daughter was gone and instead of figuring out how to grieve she was thrust into a position to make so many important decisions on how her daughter would be memorialized. She was not ready for this, and I don’t know how anyone could be.

Subsequently, I’ve known many others who have suffered a loss. Whether due to a tragic accident or natural causes, there is a common theme. The theme is that no one is ever ready or prepared for the concurrent wave of grief and funeral planning that is about to hit them. It is from my life experience that I’ve put together The Final Celebration.

It pleases me to have the opportunity to assist families in their time of need through The Final Celebration. To relieve a small part of your burden and create fantastic memorials and celebrations for your loved one is an honor.
