What a joke. I went to the website and it said «Call now for a free estimate». Well, I called, and was told that I would need to pay a service charge of $ 29 for a technician to come look at my gate to get an estimate. Turns out they credit you the $ 29 IF you sign a contract with them or if you don’t, you are out the money. So, like an idiot, I arranged an appointment for them to come within a 2 hour window.
With a half-​hour left in that window, no sign of them at all. I finally got a call and was given an excuse why they would not come out, can I reschedule? Hell no. I am moving on. This place seems like nothing but excuses and poor customer service.
