7-Eleven

For friendliness they were good. Greeted us right when we came in, checked in with us as we looked around, cheerful and helpful. Felt welcome and valued.
However; seeing a 1.5″ cockroach crawling down the ICEE machine did not make us want to buy food there.
The insect could have come in with a shipment (I haven’t read any other reviews), as the rest of the store did indeed appear to be clean.
I do understand hat where there is food there will be things. (Such as as bugs.)
But we noped right out of there, and didn’t buy the food or drink we had come in for.
The manager did kindly remove the bug with a napkin when we pointed it out to him that, but that is all we saw him do. (Didn’t take the machine off-​line, or attempt to investigate whether the bug had brought its family along, etc.) That we saw, of course. We left at a pretty good clip.

I come here almost everyday to get coffee in the morning to help start my day. The staff here is really nice and the owner is as well. They keep the location really clean every time I come I come in someone is mopping the floor or wiping down the counters. The coffee area is always clean which is a plus because some locations it’s always a mess.

What is up with soooo many 7−11s in San Leandro! They got more 7−11s than Taquerias.
Anyhoo, I dont know if its because this location is fairly new, but its definitely my go-​to 7-​E for coffee and scratchers. The associates are always doing something, making sure the areas are well stocked and clean. I can definitely appreciate that. They are all very nice and welcoming too and one time I heard the owner (?) loudly say that when customers walk in, to greet them nicely and ask them if they need help. So customer service is definitely important to them. I will continue visiting this one for my yummy coffee! (I live across the street from a 7-​E and rarely visit that one — not clean and ghetto).

This 7 – 11 had an awesome selection of 7 – 11 SWAG. Didn’t spend much time inside the store, but my friend and I were very happy with the t-​shirts and the hats we purchased. Thanks 7 – 11!

Love this location. The staff are very friendly. They always say hello as you walk in. The store is clean, items fresh. I’ve been here at different days, times and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They have the usual items. They refill the slurpies. With a few locations within a mile radius, customer service is key.
