I have come to this automotive facility for 5 years and can vouch for the depth of knowledge, accurate diagnosis and intuitive, cost-​savings approach to some of the bazaar problems I have experienced. For instance; On one occasion I had a career ending issue with a 2004 Ford Focus. Although the car was immaculate in body and interior, the cost to reconstitute the car as ‘drivable’ didn’t justify the expense. The shop offered to purchase the car and issued me a check for an agreed upon price on the spot. After some quick Google research on the particular problem (by which the shop supplemented my research with a 2008 genuine Ford Recall bulletin explaining the problems I was encountering) I soon ascertained that the buyout was by far my best option. I stood in amazement. Foregoing towing, storage and wrecking fees, I actually modestly profited from a small misfortune! I have continued to patron this shop for oil changes to brakes and in one instance an engine swap on a 2004 Chevy Malibu. That was in 2012, and 4 years later it’s still running beautifully. Quality work, excellent service. I endorse this establishment.

Hello listen to me these guys cant be trusted the guy john that works there told me as soon as i pulled up my 1993 ford mustang had problems without looking at it. i had them do a code check and he told me that it was a egr problem so i left my car there for three to four hours and then i called back and asked was my car ready i picked my car up drove it for a day and my hot and cold gauge kept going up and down i called john back and he tried to explain to me that he didnt do nothing to my car before i even accused him of doing something and this guy and everyone that worked there was jelous of my car so i brought my car home and when i turned the car off my hot and cold gauge shot up to the max and it wont go down so then i opened my hood and my coolant cap was ripped off the coolant case so now my car has problems because they broke the cap and left me driving for 100 miles .This was done on purpose and im taking john to court hes a jelous bastard telling me from the time i got there how awesome my car was bottom line hes out to break nice cars and theres more to this story and i left some things out. dont take your car to this guy especially if its a classic car.

No nonsense guys, expert mechanics, will find a way to solve any problem the RIGHT way. If you’re looking for warm and fuzzy customer service, go somewhere else. But if you’re looking for quality, honesty, nd old fashioned mechanics, I couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Been taking my cars (Honda Accord ’96 and Nissan Versa ’07) to them for a few years. They are honest, fix what they say, and I’ve never had any problems after my cars have been fixed. In fact, in the past year my financial situation has been fairly horrible and they’ve helped me keep my cars going with the bare minimum. I appreciate these people and would highly recommend their work. On a final note, they helped me prepare my car, again low cost, for a nearly 4,000 mile trip to Colorado and back. We made it over the Rockies, crossed multiple mountain passes over 9,000 feet and only replaced a burst radiator hose in Pueblo. The temperature, in Pueblo, had been over 106 so no wonder it burst. Everything else C&J said checked out fine, did… Thanks!

I have been coming here for the last 5 years to get my classic cars and new cars serviced. I am so glad I have found a mechanic that I completely trust 100%. The knowledge that these guys have is unbelievable. I have referred them to several family, friends and coworkers and they have all stated they same, these guys are fast, great and honest!

This guy is a deuchbag. I called asking for prices for services to machine my cylinder head since I just blew a head gasket and this clown told me he has too much work already. Wonderful customer service.

C & J (Cliff & John) Automotive is one of those rare jewels in life — a knowledgeable, conscientious, and TRUSTWORTHY auto repair shop. I have been doing business with them for 12 years, and have never been disappointed. Cliff and John are both very comfortable to do business with — straight-​forward, honest, and experienced. I recommend them to anyone I have the chance.
John manages the auto repair side of the business, while Cliff performs the machine shop work. That alone is rare in this day, a mechanic with an in-​house machine shop.
I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Finding a good mechanic whom you can trust is almost as good as finding a great doctor, and just as hard. Please, if you have any automotive work that needs done, see these guys. You’ll be glad you listened to me! ;-)
