I’ve been looking for a good cleaners and alteration place for a while and all the places I’ve been to before weren’t the greatest and the prices were way too expensive. My friend told me about this place and said that she’s been coming here for the past two years so I gave it a try. Connie is amazing! She was so welcoming and did everything that I asked her perfectly. I didn’t expect my alterations to be ready the next day, I mean, she does have many other customers clothes to work on and she needs time. My pants and dress were ready a little before a week and she did an awesome job. Got my clothes dry cleaned as well and prices are reasonable. Definitly found myself a permanent cleaners!

This is place is so horrible I should have read comments before I took my shirts they ruined two of my expensive best shirts ;(this place sucks. Stay away although she is very friendly but about cleaning not good at all hope she will pay. For my damages.

Great cleaners, and great seamstresses as well! About a year ago I had ordered a ball gown for the Edwardian Ball online. It came a week before and was 5 inches too long. I took it to the cleaners and told them I needed it shortened, and explained that it was kind of an emergency. She asked when I needed it and I said, «Thursday at the latest. Is that possible?» She said, «I’ll have it ready Wednesday.» Sure enough, it was perfectly hemmed and ready to go. They were also able to get ink stains out of a silk shirt!

This is one local business that deserves our support. In fact, I travel from East Oakland to use this Cleaners. Friendly, amicable, professional. I’ve never had a complaint. The service is impeccable.
The only thing I would say is if you need alterations or a tailor, I would find a true tailor or seamstress as their forte is in Cleaning.

Horrible alterations! The new lady there can’t even sew on a button. If you want basic cleaning at a more than average price, go there. But if not, try some place else.

Cindy is absolutely awesome! I couldn’t be happier with her tailoring skills. I like everything dressy tailored if I’m diggin the fit of the item. I’ve even received some clothes in a size 12, and have had them tailored down to a size 6 so I can get into it. She does wonders, I’ve had many difficult items such as leather skirts, jackets, ect. and she works her magic into something beauitful. I’m suprised she isn’t famous by now. I am so pleased with her work, if you go there and say I sent you, you might get a lil somethin-​something. Cindy and I have a great relationship now because she helps me to feel good in my clothes. Also, they do dry clean clothes but that’s not my focus. Ciao for now!
