Business Owner

Yaz takes a unique approach to nutrition counseling by customizing the entire nutritional care process to the specific individual. There is no use of meal templates, diet prescriptions, or calorie counting. The clients goals are what take precedent in all of his nutritional interventions. Yaz also understands that physical activity goes hand in hand with nutrition for optimum health, and has partnered with Core Dynamics Fitness and Kimura Crossfit to further enhance the results of the clients goals.
