Corey L Jang, DDS

Dr. Jang is great – highly recommend him. My family has been going to see him for years – he’s always kind and friendly, and he does an excellent job. He takes insurance and worked with me when I didn’t have insurance. Great dentist and person!

I have been going here since I grew teeth and Dr. Corey Jang has watched me grown.
Even thought I moved all the way to the Valley, I still take my husband, me, and in another year my son here as well.

Wow, I haven’t experienced a bad customer service for a while so this is shocking and my memory is vivid since it only happened 30 minutes ago.
I requested for an appointment through Unilocal and called them to confirm and the receptionist said they don’t have that option on Unilocal.Well… there is a «request for appointment» option on Unilocal for this dentist and even if she didn’t know that why couldn’t she offer to set up an appointment via a phone as she was conveniently holding one instead of starting an argument with me? When I asked her if I could set up on appointment on the phone, I felt she was already annoyed because I guess she expected some sort of apology for making her feel incompetent?
Then she asked me for my son’s birthday who was born in May, 2014. She said, «Oh my son’s birthday is May 17 but not 2014, it’s 2011». Maybe she was trying to change the negative tone of the conversation by telling me her son’s birthday? I don’t know… Then she asked me, «So your 8-​year old son has a dental problem?» Hello? I just told you my son’s birthday. I couldn’t believe my ears and asked her, «8 years old? I just told you his birthday». She said «That’s what you told me. You said he’s 6 month old». Uhhhhh… Is she tripping? I asked for her name and she completely ignored me and told me that she will see me at the appointment. Hahaha!
I was terribly disappointed by this space cadet receptionist and decided to cancel the appointment. Who can trust a dentist who hires such an unprofessional receptionist? Definitely not me.

Dr. Corey is really awesome. He knows exactly your needs before he even see’s you, and if you cannot afford it he helps you to the max with insurance coverages. I just got my teeth cleaned and they retaught me how to floss. I am always bad at doing it, but they told me I need to be consistent. I hope you guys can go and check his office out. It is a very small and personal office, which makes it great for them to keep track of you!

Dr. Jang deserves 100+ stars! you cannot find any better than him! I scheduled an appointment to see him, and got an appointment within a week! you know how some doctor office is super busy and they make you wait 30 minutes to be seen, well not at Dr. Jang’s. I was seen within 10 minutes. on top of that, they even worked with my insurance. I have EPO and PPO, Dr. Jang is in PPO network, so I had a little co-​pay, but he worked with me on that as well!!!
oh you know whats the best? they baby sat my 3 months old baby while I was getting my teeth cleaned!!! yay!!! he’s the BOMB!

Dr. Jang is the best dentist I’ve ever met. He cares about his patients, and designs treatments that are tailored to our preference and needs. Furthermore, whenever my family or I have emergency dental issues, Dr. Jang is always available.

Visited Dr. Jang for the first time and it was a great experience! The staff and Dr. Jang are very friendly! They made me feel comfortable, and assured that I wasnt going to incure unnecessary procedures. He cleaned my teeth very thoroughly!
If you are looking a dental spa this isnt the place, but if you are looking for a no frills just get the job done, this is the spot :)!

Wow I can’t believe the good reviews for this dentist! I had bad experience after bad experience with that office! The office staff was nice but him and his work was terrible!!! My First appointment there was a kid screaming and crying getting his teeth worked on while the lady dentist was telling him «oh stop — you big baby». I was grateful when on of the office staff came and closed the door to the room I was in since I was waiting about a ½ hour in the chair as it was. Now here we are 2 – 3 years later and ALL the work that he has done to my teeth have to be redone!!! A filling fell out that should have been a root canal that lead to a root canal and a crown lengthen procedure (google it, not fun!). Now a root canal that he did do has become infected and I have to see a specialist to prevent the infection from going to my jaw bone!
Thanks Doc! I now go to Smile Care in San Ramon. The staff is also nice but the dentist there is SO NICE as well. She has a great personality and an in house specialist which makes appointments much easier. I day avoid this guy like the pelage!

This guy is great. It’s rare to find a dentist who actually sits with you and have a real conversation. Very patient and understanding. Just an overall positive experience.

Amazing dental experience. No waiting forever in the waiting room, no pain during cavities, expert and friendly staff that make you feel as comfortable as you can in the dentist’s chair.

You will not find a better dentist than Dr. Cory Jang – PERIOD!
Great for all – including LITTLE children!
