I had a huge pile of e-waste to dispose of as part of an office move. I called Max at 4:30 pm (right as he was about to leave) and he was kind enough to take my call and schedule a pick-up for me the next morning. Ramon, the person who picked up our e-waste, was on time, quick, and professional. DRM really made this process easy. I had to pay a $ 100 for the service, which is a bit of a bummer (I didn’t have enough valuable e-waste), but I’m glad Max and his team to took the e-waste off of my hands!

We contacted Direct Resource Management after first reaching out to a recycling company that had left a brochure in our building. However that company was a no show for their pre-scheduled appointment. So the next day I reached out to Direct Resource Management and reached Max to setup an appointment with them. He was able to coordinate a person for the following day and he showed up right on time.
I found the person assigned to be very professional and helpful. He had the proper rolling dollies to take all 50 of our computers in just 2 trips. He took everything we asked and was very quick. Overall very impressed by the work completed.
The following day, Max sent over a confirmation with the exact count and details for our records. Very thorough follow up to ensure we were satisfied. If you need computer equipment picked up this is the company to call!

Max was constantly in communication with me to coordinate a pick up. I didn’t yet have a list of what was going to be taken away but he was kind enough to still send his men to pick up all the ewaste for free. Very reliable and I’m just really glad that the ewaste from my office will be properly taken care of. DMR helping us save mother nature one step at a time.

I worked with DRM twice now to recycle our old classroom computers and monitors. We had around 26 the first round, and 13 the second round.
Max was very helpful answering my questions and scheduled the pick up for the next day! They were on time, courteous, packed up everything efficiently and hauled everything away. Max followed up with us immediately after to see how everything went.
It was so easy to work with DRM and I highly recommend them.

My company sold one of its communities and I was tasked with cleaning out a storage cottage on site… the place was such a mess! Literally, the main room was full of random e-waste — and not neatly stacked, either — just thrown in.
DRM came out for an e-waste pickup. The driver was on time, courteous, and did a great job! He wound up taking out several bins worth of CPUs, monitors, printers, data tapes, and miscellaneous parts. The company followed-up with us right away, and we let them know we would have another pickup in the future.
The second pickup was much smaller, but similar items. This time two people came, as I had indicated some of the old printers were very heavy. Both workers were very courteous, and if they weren’t sure what was to go or stay, they asked.
It didn’t take them long to finish up the job and they even checked every room to make sure there wasn’t anything left behind.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRM’s services!!! They are dependable, certified, trustworthy, efficient, courteous, and have great customer service.

The Law Firm I work for used Direct Resource Management to e-Recycle a large amount of old/out-dated computer and network equipment. The whole process was smooth, from my initial phone call to Max to the final paperwork received via email. DRM was very accommodating to our schedule and worked around the obstacles involved in removing large pieces of equipment during business hours. The pick-up team was friendly, professional and very efficient. As promised, we received a Certificate of Recycling and Data Destruction within the same week as our pick-up. I’m sure we’ll have a need for e-Recycling in the future, and I will not hesitate to contact DRM.

I had the pleasure of working with DRM recently when the company I work for needed to recycle about 76 pallets of various electronics. I called and spoke to Max, expressed my many concerns with past experiences and he was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. He reassured me that they would come on time and as promised they arrived on time and did not stop and until they finished (the very next morning).
This company is ISO14001 and R2 certified, which makes them a very trust worthy company to work with. I would also like to mention that they have continuously worked with other big name companies such as Tesla and Café press. How much more accountability does that show already?
After they picked up all of our recyclables, we realized that we missed a couple of LCD TVs and I emailed Max asking if they could swing by to pick them up if they were in the area and what do you know? He emailed me back promptly and like he said he would, let me know when they were going to be in the area. I can not express how easy they made this process for our company. And on such short notice too! It was such a pleasure, THANK YOU DRM!

My company had a fair amount of old electronics (servers, laptops, copiers, etc) that we needed to get rid of. I called DRM and they had someone out within a few days to haul it all away free of charge, and they even found buyers for a couple of the servers! I would definitely recommend DRM for any of your Ewaste disposal needs.
