All the prior Unilocal reviews are off the wall today i went there purchased a choclate milk 5 dougnut holes and a pastry… yuka yuk. yuk

This donut shop is awesome! Donuts always fresh! The owners is a very nice person. Sexy too. But I see someone saying the donuts were all gone early! Well if the donuts are all good, and they are gone quick. That should tell you something. Best donuts in town!

My hubby & I went on a random picnic so we stopped by seeing that there were sandwiches here. We got 2 combos ($ 5.50) which include your choice of meat/​filling, bread choice, chips, and a small drink. Hubby got grilled chicken with everything inside & I got tuna with everything (mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeños etc) both on french roll bread. Each sandwich was about ~10 inches cut into 2 halves. We went to the SL Marina and ate them there. Also got 2 donuts. Super yum! Didn’t expect it. :) will go next time we’re in the area and doing another picnic!

Pretty good donuts although by 845am on a Sunday they were out of most– really? The bagel breakfast sandwiches was just ok– fresh bagel and cracked eggs (a big plus), American cheese and extruded turkey (big minus).

the best Chai Vanilla Latte blended u won’t be disappointed … It’s just a hidden place but I love the blended drinks and sandwiches here. The owners are nice…

This place it good but it runs out of donuts early in the morning and they are slow making sandwiches. But the food is always real good.

So I end up here almost every morning before work, getting either some donut holes, a couple of donuts, or a bacon egg and cheese bagel.
Before we talk about the food lets talk about the staff. They are some of the friendliest donuteers I have ever met. Every morning they are in a good mood say hi and lately they have had their little baby girl in with them who is such a cute little baby.
The place itself is located in back corner of the parking lot. There is always plenty of parking and usually no wait when you get inside. The only down side is if you don’t get their early they start to run out of donuts. I’m not sure if they replenish them but I usually show up around 8:15 or 8:30 and they have a good selection left.
Now lets talk about the donuts. I personally think they are excellent. The donut holes are glazed and the only thing wrong with them is they are too big for my mouth sometimes so one turns into two. So that’s really not a problem but a bonus. As for the regular donuts I have tried the cinnamon swirl, the chocolate old fashioned, the maple bar, chocolate bar, and the regular chocolate. They were always fresh and tasted perfect.
I have also tried their croissants and they were cooked to perfection. Now I am a little weird when it comes to croissants, I like to order a cup of hot chocolate and dip my croissants into it. So for me its pretty easy to tell when I’m going to eat a good croissant or a bad one before it ever even gets into my mouth. The way I can tell is if the chocolate absorbs into the croissant. This is what you are looking for, if it doesn’t and it gets repelled like the water on a snowboarding jacket then STOP; Houston, you have a problem. At Dream Fluff the hot chocolate soaks in like delicious aloe after an amazing sun burn.
The last piece of food I eat on a regular basis is their bacon egg and cheese bagels. Yes they are microwaved but honestly I have never been to a donut joint that didn’t microwave the egg whites or bacon. These are some of the best ones I have ever gotten and they are constantly good. I probably eat 3 a week and I have never been disappointed. The only thing I might want to be a little different is the bacon and maybe nuke it for a little longer so it was crispier. Other than crispier bacon I have no complaints about any of the food
So the only reason why I gave this little gem 4 stars other than 5 is because of their credit card charge. No matter how much you spend if you are paying with a credit card they charge you a dollar. I understand they need make up for what the credit card companies take but I feel a dollar is a little expensive.
Overall GREAT FOOD, GREAT PEOPLE, AND A GREAT BREAKFAST, maybe not the healthiest but DAMN TASTY.

They changed mgmt. Service is much better now, and greater variety of donuts and sandwiches.

First time buying donuts under this new management. I bought a dozen donut holes and a breakfast bagel sandwich. I did notice the donut holes were glazed which was different from before. While waiting for the sandwich I ate a donut hole. OMG, it tasted straight like frying oil! The taste was so bad and the oil even tasted old too. The bagels eggs and bacon was just cooked via microwave. When i got home i took a bite of a chocolate donut to see if it was just the donut hole i ate that tasted like oil, nope. Tasted just as bad that even the chocolate you couldn’t taste. As for the lady there, not very customer service like.
The previous owner before was very sweet and always gave free extras.

I’ve only been here on Saturdays after the rush around around 10 or 11am. For us, it’s the perfect place for breakfast after going for a run at the San Leandro Marina since it’s very close by. If you’re looking to buy a lot of donuts, you may want to come earlier as by this time they don’t have too many left. They have a few tables and seats inside with orchids on each table :)
Both times it has been the nice lady that owns the place. She has given us extra donuts both times I’ve been here, even free coffee the second time. It may have been because they close around 12pm on Saturdays, but it’s still nice of her. They usually close at 6pm.
The donuts are average and their croissant sandwiches are pretty good. My boyfriend ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and I ordered the Ham Turkey and Avocado Sandwich, came with lettuce and tomato. Ingredients were fresh and they used good avocados that were soft. I love avocados and hate it when places serve you avocado that aren’t ready yet and are still tasteless and hard.
Not sure if it’s the same lady that people had a bad experience with, but I think the lady that owns and works here is friendly. She was the only one working there and we talked to her for a few minutes after we got our orders.
It’s a bit hidden in the plaza across the street from Taco bell and it’s also in the corner next to a laundromat, but I’d recommend this place to friends and I’ll be coming back whenever I’m in the area.

Dream Fluff has French donuts. Some people call them French crullers. Yum. Not all doughnut stores carry them. Went here in the morning to buy 11 donuts and a big apple fritter. The lady behind the counter gave me a 12^th for free.
Ignore the grand opening sign out front. They’ve been open for a year now under new management.
Haven’t tried their breakfast croissant and bagel meals, or their lunch sandwiches.
Easy strip mall parking. Cash only.

Dream Fluff Donuts didn’t have any donuts nor croissaints on. display when i went midmorn one day. saw a front wall full of sandwich options with either a bagel or a croissaint. no pricing was shown.
signs indicated breakfast (sammie) was 3.50 and sandwiches was 4. the bagel looked like donut-​sized, round hamburger buns, no hole in the middle.
sampling: ham, cheese, and egg bagel sandwixh (3.50)
–surprisingly, tasty, and semi-​filling.
–cheaper than a sammie nearby, definitely 3.6 stars.

I have been getting donuts from this location for years, hands down my favorite place for donut holes. Not too sugary not too greasy, just light fluffy donut hole perfection. I was surprised yesterday to see a different lady at the counter, I asked where’s the usual lady (the one previously described in Unilocal reviews — she was always nice to me) and was told the business had changed hands. The selection of donuts looked stupendous as always, but the donut holes I bought were horrible! Greasy fat laden awfulness. So disappointed. Machine grease aftertaste. I’ll go back there in a few weeks to see if they iron out the kinks, I sure hope so! They need to make sure whatever oil they’re using to fry donuts is fresher

Pretty good donuts.
They make your standard variety of donuts but only in small batches. I assume this is probably due to their odd location, stuck in the corner of a tiny plaza/​parking lot. If you find yourself in the area, stop by — you’ll find yourself pleasantly surprised by the quality of their donuts.
Lady behind the counter, she aint so bad. She does have a heavy hand when it comes to drawing in her eyebrows. It’s possible that people are just taking her dark eyebrows as a sign of ferocity.

I came in here on a weekday morning a little after 8 with a hungry three year old. We walked in and the lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us, but a man walked in just 30 seconds later and she was nice and friendly to him.
So I grabbed a chocolate milk and a sugar donut. The total came to $ 1.75. Donuts were fresh and the milk wasn’t spoiled, but that lady could sure use a class in customer service.
