Hello AT Your Service focuses primarily on providing administrative and personal assistance services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we do everything we can to meet your expectations. Our targeted markets are small businesses, start-​up companies, entrepreneurs, executives and professionals. Our goal is to remain a small virtual business catering to clients who may be on a set payroll budget or those who prefer not to expense for overhead in in– house staff. We can help manage both your professional and personal business needs. Our business model is not to reflect that of a staffing company but we will actually be your administrative/​personal assistant for as long as their is a need at a fraction of the cost.

Established in 2014.

Hello At Your Service was founded by Stacey Henson, a former property business manager, executive administrative assistant and office manager professional, who had a vision of leading a company with virtual executive administrative assistants. Also she envisioned providing a personal assistance service to those professionals who could use someone to help organize or manage their day to day activities. With over 13 years of experience, her main goals were to help small companies minimize out of pocket costs such as worker’s compensation, benefits, unemployment taxes, paid vacations and so forth. More importantly she wanted to be the very first genuine service base company to proclaim unique services that goes far above superior.

Business Owner

My name is Stacey Henson. I am originally from Alabama and is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I also have earned a certification in Human Resources from San Francisco State University Extended Learning Center. My career path has been in Property Management. My key roles as a sales/​marketing professional quickly advanced me to mid-​level management. I have years of experience as an executive administrative assistant to senior level management up to CEO and President levels.

I have been exposed to the importance of saving capital with limited resources. The strategies behind this logic is very challenging but I am skilled and trained to deliver a cost effective service that will help small businesses, start-​up companies, entrepreneurs, executives and professionals save lots of money.
