Lady Foot Locker

This is a clearance store, so my expectations aren’t that high. I just want dirt cheap merchandise that are somewhat useful and not ugly, clean, semi-​competent employees that can ring me up. This place satisfies all of my expectations. The employees always greet me (even if they have to scream over the music playing) and ask if I need any help. The store is clean, I never see items on the floor and proper sizes are in the right area.
The prices range from affordable to dirt cheap, depending on what day you visit. The discounts fluctuate and I have seen anywhere from 50 to 80 percent off. Its typically almost the entire store at the current sale promotion, so its not hard to figure it out. They also have little charts up for those mathematically challenged to figure out the current prices. Today, it was 80 percent off and got a two pairs of shoes for $ 14 each for my aunt and a Nike Dri-​Fit T-​shirt for $ 5. Yeah, the sizes are sometimes smaller or larger ranges but it’s a clearance store so you sometimes are lucky and sometimes you aren’t.
FYI: Clearance stores is usually better than Outlet/​Factory, because clearance stores are less likely to be selling seconds or products made especially for the outlets and are usually just overstock or leftovers from the main stores.
All sales final, which I just look at as beneficial in preventing me from buying a whole lot of crap because its cheap. I am forced to think about if I really am going to use it.
Again this store is separate from the main Lady Foot Locker stores and their online shop, so I wouldn’t expect to be able to return online orders or items from the main stores here.

Horrible customer service! I would give them no stars. After talking to someone from online she said I could return my order at any store. Their return policy online says the same. Liars! The store flat out said no and that I would have to mail it. They don’t care about their customers.

I am giving this place 4 stars simply because this is Lady Foot Locker’s clearance store. Why didn’t anyone tell me this?! I would have gone here all the time for my workout and work shoes!
Everything here is on sale all the time. I was recently able to get my mom EMU sheepskin boots and waterproofing spray for just under $ 30. When I went there today, all their shoes were at least 60% off.
The store is well organized. The shoes are arranged by size, and it is easy to go through the merch to find something you want. Aside from shoes, they also have work out clothes such as tanks, bras, shoes, etc.
The customer service is a bit lacking but friendly enough that it didn’t negatively impact my shopping experience. I was just happy to get something at such a great price.
It’s definitely worth the trip to the ghost town that is Bayfair Mall.
