Master Glass Technicians

My car was unfortunately another victim of the 880 freeway. A rock hit the windshield and left a crack that was about 12 – 15 inches long. I was referred by Lexus and when I first called Frank, he was very informative and intriguing. He and his partner came out to my house the very next day and got the job done. Very friendly and they got the job done perfectly. It took no longer than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the help. Great job!

We parked in SF yesterday night, and when we returned to our car, we found our back windshield window broken into and the contents of the trunk stolen. It was a terrible experience, and we had to drive home with an exposed window, thinking it would be a while before we could get it fixed, considering it was the weekend. The first thing this morning (a Saturday), my wife called a number of places for quotes and recommendations. They were all expensive and said that it would take until the middle of next week to get it fixed because they had to order the new window. Finally she found a recommendation for Master Glass Technicians. Not only were they much more affordable than all of the other places, they also said that they would be able to come DIRECTLY TO OUR HOUSE and install a new window for us THE SAME DAY. We couldn’t believe it. They were true to their word too. Two hours later, they were at our house, and had the new window installed within the hour. The work they did was great and they vacuumed all of the broken glass in the car and ground as well. They also helped us with filing the claim with our insurance. They just left about an hour ago, and I was compelled to write a review right away (usually I’m too lazy to do it), because the service these guys did was outstanding, and I can’t sing their praises enough. They deserve more than 5 stars…

Frank came through terrible traffic to fit us in the same day we called. He was professional, personable, tidy, and delightful. We couldn’t ask for better service.

Frank just finished the installation of the windshield on my 2013 CR-​V.
The installation itself looks good and the quality of the replacement windshield is equal or superior than the OEM part.
Just two little details: there were some black adherent stains on the hood of the car that I had to remove later and also the hood had a small indent probably caused by pressure.

Just an update, had a small fogging issue so called them up and asked Frank to take a look at it. We scheduled a day and I met him at the dealership and he added another bead of adhesive along the bottom portion of the glass near the cowl. Havent had any fogging since. They had me out of there in about 35 mins.

These guys are great! Called them to have my window molding installed on my 1970 Nova, and I couldn’t be more happy. Frank, arrived on time and did a great job. He took his time making sure not to scratch the paint and making sure the clips were are installed correctly.
If I ever need any other windshield work done, I am defiantly going back with them.

I first used Master Glass several months ago for my 2011 Honda Odyssey. I was particular about wanting to upgrade to the factory windshield, and Frank easily worked with me. What impressed me most was when the molding on the left side of my windshield became loose. I wasn’t alarmed because even though we strive for zero defects in our professions, let’s face it– not everything is perfect. I called Frank and explained the situation, he came out my next day off and fixed the problem without any hassle. He was very nice about it and explained that it was a poor design by Honda and that they already modified their 2012 Odyssey vans to use a new system. Frank asked me to call if it happens again. That’s what impresses me the most. Instead of giving me a bunch of grief, I couldn’t of been more impressed!

I was recommended by a dealership that Frank from Master Glass does a really good work and have a mobile service that is able to come out to replace your windshield. I called Frank and asked for a quote for all my vehicle at home, I’m one of those unlucky people that get rock slap leaving ridiculous cracks thanks to interstate 880!
I got a really good quote from Frank over the phone and he was very paitent with me going through the different type of glass I can get for my vehicle and which one is the same as what manufacture makes. after I got all the prices and choose the type of glass I shopped around for a day and truthfully I could not get a better price than what I was quoted by Frank!
I decided to do all my vehicle at once and get it over with. He came to my house as he said he would be on time too so that was a plus!
had a chat got to show me the different type of glass he was talking about over the phone in person and I thought it was pretty cool, got a little lesson about windows without going to class!
anyways since I was doing all the vehicle at once he was able to work a even better deal than each one individually which is awesome!!! everything was done very quick, he was in and out before i realized it didn’t been an hour yet.
During our conversation he told me they also except insurance windshield replacements! so perfect i guess I know who to call next time, and not to be mean I really hope its not soon…

This guy is legit! He travels to his customers and offers top of the line windshields at honest price.
I had a crack on my windshield from random flying rock on the freeway. I went to Honda who referred me to frank. I called him up set an appointment.
When he came, he upgraded version of the standard glass Honda had provided me and told me he finished in an hour. Keeping to his word, the job was perfection!
Go to this guy if you have a messed up windshield!
