History

Established in 1970.

Rinetti & Co. Realtors was formed more than 40 years ago by 2^nd generation San Leandro native, Albert J Rinetti. He was the new kid on the block, and in those days to get his name out took hard work and perseverance. Walking door-​to-​door introducing himself is only a small example of what it took to become a San Leandro icon.

Through the years Rinetti & Co. has sold thousands of homes making numerous friends and life long clients along the way. Its quite a statement when competitors refer to you as the «San Leandro giant» and clients know you because they’ve «seen your signs for years». Our success is a direct result from the tutelage of our mentor and founder Al Rinetti. He has instilled in all of us the values and skills he has honed for over four decades.

Business Owner

Perry has been with Rinetti & Co. since 2004; his mentor Albert J Rinetti taught him everything he knows and he attributes that to their continued success. Perry’s can-​do attitude, along with his drive and penchant for customer service has made him a very important cog in the Rinetti machine. Prior to joining the family business he worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. His extensive knowledge base of the mortgage and real estate industry along with his negotiation skills has proven to be a valuable asset.

Since September 2010 Perry and Tianne have been running the family business and continue to do business the way they were taught, «Al’s way». For over 40 years the philosophy at Rinetti and Co. has been caring for clients and nothing has changed. Perry & Tianne will continue what Al has started and always strive to meet the standards he set.
