Robertson Bruce A, MD

Dr. Robertson, his PA and his main nurse are very professional, polite and have great attention to details when dealing with me. I am the first person that would admit I am a horrible and rather frustrating patient yet Dr. Bruce Robertson and the follow up appointments with his PA Elena were excellent with keeping me informed, explaining in details my condition and how to treat and live with my condition. They have been very patient with my barrage of questions that i threw at them and took the time to answer every single one of them until I felt satisfied I understood the answer.
I don’t write too many reviews but I just felt Dr. Bruce Robertson and team deserved all the praise they can get from me. They walked me through some difficult times and I am extremely grateful for their human touch rather than the sterile mono tone I usually get from doctors.

The doctors office finally called me. I scolded them for their lack of service and professionalism. It vastly improved yesterday and therefore I raised their stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robertson’s practice since I was 8 years old. Dr. Robertson has been my doctor for 24 years. He is an amazing person. Very patient. He listens & is very attentive to the patient needs. It is very hard for me to let go of him as a doctor for I work in the health field & understand it is hard to find a really good doctor.
Over the years it has become harder & harder to get an appointment with him, but if something is Urgent I always request to speak to his Nurse Denise. Sometimes she seems rushed & may be quick & short, but trust me… She knows her stuff and is very much on top of it and will get back to you.
Dr. Robertson is such a great doctor that he has a PA Ellena (sp?) to help manage all his patients. I was a little worried at first, but honestly if it is stuff like cold, cough, ear infection, etc. that kind of stuff she is knowledgeable & fully capable of taking care of you. If she ever has any questions she always consults with Dr. Robertson, but they are pretty much on the same page of what Plan of Care to take.
If you are insistent to see Dr. Robertson (which I have been in the past) expect it to be a bit more difficult to get an appointment quickly. And I always arrive 15minutes early. That is just good etiquette for any doctors appointment, but if you arrive right on time you will have to probably wait longer.
Things I like about the office…
There is an X-​ray room with in the office (I was very accident prone growing up so I was in there frequently), which means getting results that same visit.
Lab is also in the same office which is nice. I notice most insurance companies like that and cover more if your doctors office has a lab in the office. If the Doctor gives you fasting (no eating for 12hours) lab orders I recommend just going first thing in the morning. I believe you just walk-​in for the lab draw.
Dr. Robertson is getting older & I’m very terrified the day he decides to retire (I’m jinxing myself.). But He has not expressed any desire soon to retire to me & I just come out and ask him.

Dr. Robertson really listens and really cares. He is a comprehensive in his care and pays attention to details. Simply the best physician I’ve ever had.

I like Bruce Robertson. He is a doctor that actually listens and I like the fact that he is not afraid to order up tests in order to provide an accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Roberston is a very sweet man, and he cares a lot about his patients. I never feel rushed in his office, and he takes the time necessary to really understand what is wrong, and then offers possible remedies. He is consciencious, thoughtful, and kind.
