Established in 1984.

Mr. Sam Khan had always been a creative and artistic person. In 1976 Sam became the proprietor and manager of Sign Design Graphics in Nadi, Fiji Islands. He enjoyed great success and often him and his staff were called to various parts of Fiji to manufacture signs.

Mr. Khan immigrated to the United States in the first part of 1982 and started his own sign business in San Leandro, CA in June of the same year. With his hard work, determination and investment his sign company, flourished and expanded at a rapid pace. The key to his success in America was his creativity, hard work, excellent service, dependability and impeccable performance.

Today, Sam, his wife Aiina, along with his hard working employees, continue the tradition started many years ago to provide you with excellent service, hard work and dependability.

Shareef Khan, the oldest son of Sam Khan, has been leading the New Business growth of Sam’s Signs Inc. He is responsible for most of the Sales and Marketing of the Company leading the 1984 established company into the New Age. He has been involved with the company from the early age of 12. He plans on taking the company to new levels that his parents have wished for, making sure that he sticks to roots of how the company started. Sam’s Signs has been and still is a Family owned and operated Company.

20 stars. Sam’s Signs was not my first choice for our company’s signs; but, thankfully, they were our last. I had sent out our sign needs for competitive bid, with the urgency that the signs needed to be in place for the opening in two weeks. I chose a local franchise company over Sam’s, wanting to keep the money in the area. After lots of promises and delays, that company didn’t even have proofs long after the signs were to be displayed at the opening. I called back Sam’s and told them that I had selected poorly and asked if they could bail me out. Did they ever! The new signage was proofed the next day and the signs were installed beautifully the next week — a task that normally would have needed a week or two more. This would have been the perfect time to price gouge me — instead, they priced it better than their original bid. These are good people with great skills. The two times that I actually went to their shop, they were very busy with multiple jobs, but it was clear that they put their maximum skill and pride into each job, big or small. Not only will I never go to any other sign place, but I encourage consumers of signs, car wraps, etc to do the same. I will happily and personally vouch for this place to anyone who has their job or company reputation on the line, or drive by 3486 Investment Blvd, Hayward to see for yourself.

Excellent service, great price compared to all the local sign companies. They own their own trucks and equipment so the additional cost of renting the truck that most other companies would add onto your bill is eliminated. They started the work on time. The owner is present to guide the crew and to make sure the work is being done properly. They guarantee this work and product years and years more than other sign company. No point shopping around.

Dear fellow business owner /​manager. I loved working with this company. I talked with the design review person after sending a pic of what I wanted and they made it in 2 days, that is a neon sign. It’s now hanging in our window at Hot Cookie. It is an ice cream sign with a pic of a cone with ice cream. Aiina Khan is a delight to work with and the communication was excellent. They are only 25 min from the city and well worth it. It’s not that small of a company. They had at least 8 or 9 persons working when I picked up the sign. Very impressive company. I highly recommend, and by the way they beat all other bids.

Very reliable and super nice folks work there. They try hard and are sincere in their efforts. Quality is always very high, just as I ask of them. Price is fair — it’s not cheap, but it’s worth the cost. Communication can be tricky at times unless speaking directly to Aiina or Max. Sam’s Signs saved the day in getting my signs done quickly and efficiently. They did everything for my business including building signs, marketing banners, and wrapped cars. The entire process was seamless.
Forgot to review them until today when I called their shop this afternoon for a rush banner I’m hoping to get in one day. Didn’t think it was possible, but they’re making it happen once again.
