Okay service, eye exam machine is dusty, which I discovered in the middle of the exam. Good thing is free parking is close by.

Very cool place. One of the most extensive eye exams if ever had. The doctor was very thorough and covered all her bases. She made a point to let me know that sometimes the best prescription is not always the best for the patient due to dizziness one could feel. After trying pair of lenses I am going to call back today and order a year supply of the lenses she prescribed. I see better than I ever have. Found my new doctor! Not to mention everyone there is super nice, friendly, and the front desk has a great sense of humor. I also want to mention, although it’s not recommended, they were very accommodating when I wanted to change my appointment to a same day appointment.

Great service! They made me feel comfortable and able to ask them questions. The exam it’s self was easy and fast. They helped me pick out great glasses. Very pleased!

Came in due to some blindness i was experiencing, staff and dr were very quick, honest, and I felt that the dr cared for my issue and took extra measures to examine my eyes.

Dr. Leung is very informative, professional and helpful regarding my eye concerns. My eyesight has been a bit tired and stressful, after an careful and clean eye exam I received the perfect prescription !! There is a beautiful selection of frames… that made me even happier. I was welcome with a smile from the second i walked in and throughout the entire experience… from my eye exam to picking a frame that fits me the most. I was never rush and all my questions were answered to where i can understand it. I gained a lot of knowledge about my own eyes. It couldn’t have been better because they really care !!

Dr Leung has been my optometrist for quite some time already. She is attentive and thorough. She is patient and knowledgeable even when I asked a bunch of questions regarding different eye conditions.
The store itself is organized and clean. Layout is well-​thought. There is not just a ramp but an elevator for disabled customers on wheelchair. They have a wide selection of glasses from affordable brands to brand names. There is plenty of parking around so no need to stress out about finding a spot prior to your eye exam!
I live in LA and never even considered to find a new optometrist. Highly recommended for a knowledgeable doctor, friendly staff, and amazing service!

Kalli just put my personal information online including my HR rep. Also how to contact her. That’s a breach of patient client and putting information on the net that can lead to my identity, on top of just wrong. She even named a HR two from rep from the company full name. Clearly unprofessional on top of bad English .

Dr. Leung took her time with me to find the right fit for contacts. I was probably a horrible patient. I tried several different types of contacts over several weeks and she was very patient with me. I appreciate her not rushing me and pushing me into contacts that didn’t feel comfortable.
I scoped out some glasses when I was there getting contacts. They carried a good selection of name brand glasses, including Toms, Penguin, Converse, Gucci. I usually have a hard time finding glasses that fit because my head is smaller than most, but SV had a good selection of glasses to fit me. I’m so grateful. People with small head problems.

SO thankful I came to see Dr. Leung! I’ve worn prescription glasses since I was 7 years old and have fairly poor vision, because of this my glasses are an extension of myself and, because I wear them every day, they need to be high quality, fashionable, and suit my face. I have seen a number of optometrists in my lifetime, some great, some pretty horrible, but NONE can compare with the experience I had today in Dr. Leung’s office!
1.) Appointment/​Staff: The ease of obtaining an appointment is incredible. Simply go on the website and make an appointment, literally that simple. Unfortunately I had some insurance issues, but the staff was so friendly and understanding when I had to reschedule not once, but twice. They were accommodating and more patient than I could hope for. Sharron at the front desk was adorable and so friendly.
2.) Knowledgeable: Dr. Leung and her staff completed the MOST thorough and complete examination I have ever had in my life. Multiple measurements and tests were conducted, each with focus and purpose. I have seen an optometrist every year for the past 20 years and never have I seen this level of care and attention to detail. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to «hurry up and answer». Dr. Leung was such an expert communicator, breaking down each step of the process, explaining the «whys» and «how», she answered my questions before I even had time to ask them, and she was genuine in her desire to educate me on my options. I never felt as though any of it was a sales pitch, just an intelligent, genuinely concerned Doctor who truly cares about her patients.
3.) Selection: I LOVE their frame collection! Everything is stylish, with a diverse array of colors, styles, and designer brands. Dr. Leung picked out the PERFECT set of frames for me. She asked me a few questions about the general style I usually go for, then looked at my face shape and knew exactly what would suit me. Sure enough I try them on and they are perfect! In the past I have struggled SO much finding a pair of frames, at many offices no one is usually very helpful, and never has a Doctor come out to give suggestions. It was so refreshing and welcomed, as she truly had an eye for what looks good.
4.) Cost: Obviously if you have good insurance coverage the cost makes a difference, but what I was most impressed by was the fact that Dr. Leung is completely transparent, she writes down every single charge, gives clear information about options and their cost, and does no pressure you if you choose a lesser cost alternative or opt out of an additional option.
The entire experience, from start to finish, was incredible. Professional, straight-​forward, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. What more can you ask for?! Dr. Leung has certainly earned my business and loyalty, as well as my highest recommendation!

Dr. Leung is obviously our favorite doctor, period, across all specialties. We are not her friends or family members (although feeling like so after 3 years using her service) and just wanna let all fellow Unilocalers know how awesome she is as an optometrist and as a business owner!
We have been seeing Dr. Leung for 3 years, and she earned our loyalty and trust. My kid, husband, and I all love it here. The office is modern and yet intimate. They handle insurance perfectly, and they take care of you like family friends, never a rush. Dr Leung is kind, intelligent and communicates really well. We recommend her and her office 100%!

I’m so glad that I came here! This is the best optometry I’ve ever been to! Both the doctor and the staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Leung is reliable and indeed knowledgeable. Because I’m a contact lenses wearer, I have many questions about my eye health as well as different types of lenses that I want to try on. Dr. is not only willing to answer the questions but also enthusiastic in explaining other information thoroughly! Great experience every time I come here. I also order my contact lenses here and usually get them within 3 days. The prices are reasonable. You get more than what you pay for because the service is wonderful! Definitely will come back and recommend it to anyone!

I went for my annual eye exam and had an awesome experience with Dr. Leung. She was professional, listened to my concerns, and was very thorough with her examination. At the end of my visit, she even recommended a pair of sunglasses for my 6 months old baby. I am very happy with her service and plan to come back in the future.

Dr. Leung is a very through and detailed in her exam. I made an online appt, super easy to do. Showed up for my appt, Cindy was phenomenal, very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. She did my intake and started with the basic testing. After that, I went in to the room to have my exam done with Dr. Leung. She is extremely through. I don’t ever recalled ever having such an extensive and painless eye exam! And I’ve been very glasses for more than 20+ years. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and also tried to help me with contact lenses as well. I highly recommend Dr. Leung for all of your eye care needs.
