St James Christian Pre-School

Our family LOVES St. James.
My son started in the twos program and he absolutely loves it their. He loves all his teachers and his routine. He learns so much. He is in the Pre-​K program now and he amazes me everyday with his wealth on knowledge. Everything from bible stories at chapel with Pastor Diane «Mom did you know that God made us all from dirt» To his days of the week and the pledge allegiance. «Daddy what does a republics stand for»? I truly love the community. They welcomed us in with open arms. My son doesn’t graduate until June but I’m already dreading the separation in August. I’m not sure if will stay on for the school age program, which is awsome as well, but I know where ever my son’s path takes him he will be adequately prepared and I owe it to the St. James Community.
What a treasure to share

I have to say after being there for 18 years as a teacher it is the best ever and our kids are the happiest they have ever been. The children are thriving and so is the staff. We have really come a long way and I am so happy to still be a part of st. james family. Please come and visit us… the children come first always and forever…

Our daughter has been going to St. James for a year and a half. She started in the Threes program, is now in Pre-​K, and will be in the school age program this summer. The teachers change the play yard activities everyday so it’s not repetitive. There are many art projects, walking field trips, and fun times. There is an optional dance class once a week that she enjoys. The Pre-​K program is teaching her writing and table work skills but is not overdone for the age. There is a lot parent involvement which creates a community versus a drop your kids and run kind of place. We are sad to be graduating out of the preschool as our daughter is so happy and loved there. My only complaint is that we didn’t start her there sooner.

We love St. James! My son went there and now our daughter goes there. The teachers are awesome! Everyday my daughter comes home with a new project and story about her day. She loves her teachers: Summer, Arlene, Jenni, and Marie. I know I’m forgetting many others who have made such a difference in our kids’ lives. The kids go to chapel with the Pastor once a week. My daughter comes home on these days and can’t wait to tell us about the story that Pastor Diane told them. It is very cute. I know the kids love her and have learnt so much from her this year (which was evident at our Christmas program in December). I highly recommend this preschool to anyone who is looking for a place where their child will feel loved and cherished, while learning at the same time. We searched for good preschools and this one was warm and welcoming and the price was right!
