UPDATE: Prices are now $ 5.99ANDUP! I have been a faithful Susie’s Deals customer for the last five years or so. I used to frequent the store in Roseville on a weekly basis. I was very pleased to find a location when I moved to the Bay Area, and I was quite impressed. This store has a great selection and is very well organized. Minus two stars for their significant jump in prices. Many, if not most, items are no longer $ 5.99 :( Despite this unfortunate change, I did not find a single article of clothing for more than $ 14.99, including dresses and jackets. I am amused that people say not to buy clothing that isn’t «name brand” — ten bucks that those items are produced in the same warehouse as the more snooty-fa-looty labels. I have no-name shirts and pants that are lasting quite nicely, thank you very much. Susie’s Deals is a great place to go if you want new clothing at consignment store prices. If you’re willing to rifle through some outdated stuff here and there, you WILL find a treasure!

Yes ya’ll, I love this place and I’m NOT ashamed to say it. All the clothes are $ 5.99 or less. The clothes are past season or surplus clothing. The brands can range from Wal-Mart, Target, Energy, Rampage, Mervyn’s, Liz Claiborne, New York and Co, Old Navy — just to name a few. They have non-brand clothing –stay away from those, but everything else is worth looking at. If you ‘re like me, you don’t wear anything more than twice, then you’ll like this place.

love this store! yes, everything here(with occasionally less than) is $ 5.99 i just bought a new swim suit for 4 year old, when i found this place. i got the suit half off from another store(mervyn’s i think) then discovered susies. the suits were, of course, 5.99, which were 3 bucks less than the one i just got! well, i got 2 in every size for him for the next 5 sizes up! what a deal! mostly i’ve found some cute kids clothes here. only once did i buy a shirt for me, as i’m fat, and so that limits what i can squeeze into, and the selection is not great. my biggest gripe here is, no carts in the store. what the fuck? how the hell am i to carry around the ridiculous quantity of low budget clothing? oh, well, they will let you pile it up at the counter until you’re ready to go. but, still, love this store! i will keep coming!
