Mr. Vazquez (Juan) supervises a crew of skilled, meticulous men, who have worked on our residential property, including our own home, for several years now. Juan and his men did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen. They completed the work at and by the time promised, of excellent quality, and with due consideration to our wants and needs both as to our residence and our family’s schedule. Juan and his crew were punctual, clean, and respectful of our home and family. We also use Mr. Vazquez on an ongoing basis for maintenance of the property we manage. Vazquez construction performs all needed exterior work on our buildings – most of which are older – including window maintenance and upgrading, painting and repair of porches and other edifices, structural reconstruction and upgrades, and other warranted maintenance and desired construction. Again, the work is superlative; Mr. Vazquez and his crew are courteous, amiable, skilled and reliable.
