I’ve been attending Rebecca’s Zumba classes for 4 years come Jan 2015 mostly M and W 6:30 — 7:30 at St Leanders and sometimes T and F… I attend whenever I can. Rebecca is amazing and I am so thankful for her energetic spirit, smile, encouragement, taste in music, and teaching ability. I’ve attended other Zumba classes with friends and they are not the same. I consider Rebecca to be the première original! She is what Zumba should be about… the definition of Zumba!

Just started going back to her classes on Mondays. She is the bomb! Me and my friend are both beginners at Zumba and she is easy to follow and she does notice when your having problems and grabs your attention to help you get back in the swing of things. Absolutely love this class!

SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! I took the Monday class at St. Leander’s auditorium. Fun Latin music, class energy and great instructor. I like that there’s a diverse group; ages, background and levels. Will def go back.

After a year… I still hate exercising but I love taking Zumba classes with Rebeca. She has added classes over the pass year which means I can Zumba 5 times a week :) if I wanted too! Her classes at the Marina Community center are so popular that sometimes she has to turn people away due to maximum capacity! Tip: get there early to ensure you have a spot. It is an invigorating heart pumping 1 hour workout, I’m hooked!

OMG this zumba class is great! the instructer is mucho bueno! she is having fun and she makes the class fun! it is only $ 5 !her class doubled in size in 1 week. I love the music too!

This class is so much fun!!! Sometimes I feel too lazy but once I’m there, I wake up and feel refreshed. Rebeca is very nice and allows everyone to go at their own pace so that everyone can get their own great work out. Try it, you won’t regret it!

Every one hour you spend with Rebeca is pure fun, pure cardio, and pure sweat. Her classes are full of energy and it’s the best $ 5-​$ 7 you’ll ever spend! She offers 3 classes a week at 2 different venues in San Leandro. They’re all drop-​in with easy parking.

Update: 7÷28÷10 I’ve officially been going for over a year and still LOVE going! Imagine saying that about the gym!!!
When I started in June ’09 there was a small group of us. You can’t say that about Rebeca’s class now! She has earned herself a huge following of folks that want to have fun and sweat while they’re at it. Oh yeah, and I’ve lost some lbs. along the way, can’t beat that!

My cousin was going to take this class and I told her I wanted to join. Boy, I was so glad I did. Rebeca+Zumba=sweat! I enjoyed it so much, I got my mom and another cousin to join us. I can only do Friday evenings cause of school on the other nights but once classes are done, I plan to be at her other days she is doing a class. So far I am the only guy on Fridays. More should join! She is awesome. Forget the gym!

Zumba with Rebeca is the best!!! I have never sweat so much in my life! It doesn’t feel like a workout. The music really gets you moving. It feels as though you have gone to a club and danced straight for an hour! She keeps it fresh with different types of music. Salsa, Merengue, Ranchera music, Arabic (belly dance moves), Flamenco, and Hip Hop… it is all there! If feels great to go and dance for an hour while burning a ton of calories!!!

Beca Martinez is a dancing diva!!!
As a beginner to Zumba, I had no trouble at all following her moves and getting a satisfactory workout. She teaches some great belly dancing too, with hip accessory and all. It’s loads of fun. :) And when you do go to her class, try guessing her age, she is so stunning that you will be surprised when she tells you her real age. A true inspiration.
