I made a lot of profit working the system up at Cal Poly. «Working the system» meaning, buying my books for cheap at Aidas and then SELLING them BACK to Cal Poly Bookstore for more!
I seriously held on to textbooks like they were equity or rare jewels, «Oh gosh, I’m broke… oh wait, I still have my Organic Chemistry book I can sell back.»
Aida’s is sweet because it filters out the freshmen and their hours are more normal and they are open on the weekends.
