Baba Small Batch specializes in creating authentic and delicious Mediterranean products! All of our products are made in a kitchen, not a factory, from locally grown garbanzo beans and high quality produce.

History

Established in 2009.

Once business began in San Luis Obispo, the three available flavors quickly grew to over twenty-​five original ideas and now include unique combinations such as Spicy Black Bean, Dill & Mint, and Pumpkin. Baba is committed to providing a homemade product that is high in excellence and uses only the freshest, locally grown ingredients and most importantly, it is absolutely delicious!

After moving to the United States from Tunisia, Moez Bensalem set out to create a culinary business that embodied that freshness and flavors of his home. By combining tradition with unique fresh flavors, available on the central coast, Baba Small Batch is now home to truly special products.
