I was having all kinds of trouble with Covered CA. The renewal process was difficult, communication was unclear, and resulted in Blueshield overcharging me by over $ 600 one month. Jennifer was very understanding and took my case on, following up every week with me and calling in to Covered CA on my behalf until it was resolved. I felt like I had a personal expert on the inside willing to go to bat for me! Jennifer helped us sort out the mess and clarified some misunderstandings I had about health coverage to begin with.
