San Luis Systems

After trying to use this company twice — I’ve given up. First, the guy who works there data mines you — gets all your information of what you need done … And then chuckles and says «oh no… We’re booked 2 months in advance «I actually think that is his entertainment for the day. Never MIND. Never again. Ugh.

Anyone who’s thinking of buying an older mobile home, DON’T until you have San Luis Systems check it out!!! Don’t waste your money on the usual pre-​sale inspection if you possibly can, no matter what your realtor says, and have Garney, Alan, Keith and Bernardo check the place out instead. for the year since I bought my mobile home, I have spent many, many thousands of dollars on repairs due to issues not covered by the pre-​sale inspection, including «repairs» done by an unlicensed, ignorant man who was «being helpful» to the former also uninformed owners. I finally called San Luis Systems, who specialize in mobiles, and I will never let anyone else touch my home again. They KNOW mobile homes (as well as newer manufactured homes) — regular inspectors do NOT, obviously. Mobiles are a whole different animal from stick-​built. MY home passed the pre-​sale inspection with flying colors — and should probably have been condemned instead. Thanks to Garney and his crew, it’s now almost livable and safe and becoming a real «home.» Much more to go, and believe me, it’ll be done by San Luis Systems. Thanks, guys! Wish I’d gotten y’all the FIRST time I had problems!
