Established in 1990.

I moved to San Luis Obispo in 1959 and other than a few years living outside the area I spent most of my life here. My step dad was a contractor so I’ve been in the trade since high school, 30 plus years so I’ve had my hand in all phases of construction. I’ve been a Licensed General Contractor since 1990. I do residential remodeling, some commercial remodeling as well as new construction. I have an experienced crew of workers and subcontractors in all phases of the trade who can do quality work at a fair price. My goal on each job is that when we’re done you’ll be so pleased you’ll want to invite us back for, dinner which some clients have and it’s been most enjoyable.
