I’ve gone in twice and the first time that I went in they gave me outrages prices for everything, so I decide to leave but then when I went with my friend the prices seem to be lower and reasonable??? one thing they do have is a very good selection of juice’s to buy from

I love this vape shop. First time here and Andy mainly helped me out and he was awesome. I was having problems with my vape and he helped me get a brand new set up/​box. Anthony was also very nice and helped me out as well. They were both very knowledgable and fun to be around. I am happy with the service and will come back here if I’m in the area :)

Solid build, great attitude from employees very welcoming, and a GAME ROOM! What? No really… Xbox, ps4, ping pong, pool… I’ve been to a ton of Vape shops and this place has it all. Highly recommended 5 stars.

Always used to order my setups on line but ever since I went into the store to get a quick bottle of juice ive been hooked. They have always got me in and out but never felt rushed. Their selection is awesome and they carry most major staples in the juice company world. If i had to pick a downside (its hard) i would say within their brands that they carry they are kinda lack on specific flavors. However, this was made up by the fact that their house juices should fill those holes. Hands down recommend them, the esco store isnt quite as great

I wasn’t going to come here today and just run to the Escondido store cause usually there’s just a strange vibe, like they dont want you there but they were fast, courteous and welcoming.
Looks like new kids, glad I had to come in this one today.

Came in and wasn’t disappointed. Came in looking for juice but walked out with a whole setup on the cheap! They have a great selection of juice and are some friendly helpful people. I was literally in and out in about 20 mins and I love my new setup. This shop and Fatboy Vapors are my favorite shops in Escondido! Way better than Marlows Vape lounge who are some shady people. Marlows is dirty, over run, over priced, and a disgrace to the Vape community. Heard the owner of Marlows physically attacked a customer and put them in the hospital! Very unprofessional! They should just give up to be honest when compared to Cloud 9 and Fatboys. Cloud 9 is on top of their game and it shows! Great job guys! Customer for sure! Highly recommend them! I found Cloud 9 a few months ago and I’m sure glad I did! They have a plethora of flavors of liquids to choose from. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and it is usually pretty quickly to get in and out. They implemented a rewards system and you get a discount for every $ 200 you spend. They also text you coupons for % off.

This place is spiffy, clean, great selection of juices, and reallllllyyy really awesome, friendly staff! Definitely coming back.

Friendly environment and excellent variety! My husband and I love this shop, we don’t ever want to visit anywhere else. They’ve got our favorite mods and great prices. We drive out to San Marcos just to come here! A+

The staff is always great! And they have great juices! But when it comes to repairs or coil or wick work they just space off and forget to finish up what they are working on! And you end up waiting around for a while!

Awesome staff! Super friendly! They have a wide array of devices from starter kits to variable voltage to high end mechanical mods and rebuildable atomizers! Very highly recommended!

love this place. Huge selection of liquid, love their house juice Loxie. Biggest selection of authentic mods I’ve ever seen in a shop. They don’t tend to sell clones except for the occasional 28 mm tobh or something like that where the original manufacturer doesn’t make them to that spec. They also have Gplat, Royal, Hotwires. Great place to hang out, friendly atmosphere, occasional free pizza from Domino’s next door. By far the best place to go if curious about anything from your first vape to your first authentic mod. I love this store.

I’m a super fan, Michelle helped us and was/​is amazing and super helpful. the staff is great and they have a great vibe in the store. I upgraded to 2 new set ups and I’m super happy, gotta love rebuild Friday’s too! Def recommend Cloud 9 100%

Everytime I come in the people are nice and happy. They know their stuff and they have a huge selection of flavors and everything else you could possibly need.

Great juices. The girls that work there are always really nice. They have gotten me into a bunch of new flavors. They always have stock of whatever juice you need. I’ve been to other shops and after going to Cloud 9, I just can’t find anything better than them. They use five star so I always get discounts and coupons by text. They are great so just go there. I like this location best out of the two. Better parking situation here too.

Only vape shop I continually visit.
The staff is always in a welcoming mood, and they don’t push you to get back out the door. You can take your time sampling and chatting. It’s a friendly environment, like they’re actually happy you came in to hang out haha.
Prices are decent, usually vape shop prices are ridiculous.
First time I went there I was tellin one of guys in the staff how I was out of organic cotton and couldn’t find it in stock anywhere. He reached underneath the table and gave me some of his private stash. Woooo!

Cloud 9 in San Marcos is by far the best vape shop I have personally been to. (I’ve been to a few on the East coast and a couple of «vape shops» that are really quite terrible in the West)
Not only did they make you feel like a regular your first time in, but they help you learn everything you need to know about vaping.
They had two people working today (Michelle and Dominic) and they both equally helped us in any way possibly, answering our dumb questions for our awesome new upgrade. And even helping to find any juice our hearts desired.
This is the best vape shop, and we are more than willing to drive all the way to San Marcos although we live in San Diego.
Good people, good product, great time.

Staff did not seem to care that a customer had walked in. The two on staff decided to carry on their conversations as I walked in, and decided to not greet with a hello, with the most blank stares. I guess to get a hello you have to be a regular or someone they know. I asked where the flavors were and just got an «over there» response, nothing else just that. I decided to look at what flavors they had and the guy on duty just decided to sit there and not ask what was I looking for anything in particular. The most awkward visit I have ever made to any shop.
Other than that I remain neutral as to making another visit later on.

Just as great as its sister-​store in Escondido, but easier to get in and out of. This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking, just off of the 78 freeway. Also, it’s a bit bigger/​more spread out, and a touch less cloudy inside.
Also I have all the same great things to say: Their selection of e-​juice flavors is amazing, and best of all you get to sample as many as you like before purchasing. Each flavor is available in zero, 12, or 24mg of nicotine. The prices are competitive. The staff is friendly. The patrons are friendly as well. It’s a fun, pleasant experience to go in and try all the flavors.
They carry several brands of e-​juice, not just their own. They also have great prices on the vaporizers and accessories. When I was ready to upgrade from my liquor-​store-​packaged setup I had previously been using, they were happy to recommend the different components to me, did not try to up-​sell me into the über expensive stuff, and I ended up with a setup that works MUCH better and actually ended up costing less than the one I purchased originally. Also, they did not laugh at me when I asked stupid questions like: Does that part come in pink? (It did, btw!)
They also carry pleeeennnnty of the high-​end equipment for the vaping enthusiasts… but I currently have no plans for getting to that level.
I recommend this place for anyone who enjoys vaping, regardless of your level of enthusiasm for it.
