Not all massage is created equal and Elements Massage of San Marcos is committed to helping our clients experience the healing benefits of massage therapy services tailored to meet their specific needs.

Elements Massage of San Marcos is large enough to be able to keep massage affordable yet small enough to make sure each and every one of our clients receives the personal attention they have come to expect and deserve.

Our studio is open 7-​days a week and welcomes same day appointments. No membership is required but for our clients that choose to receive massage on a regular basis we do offer a wellness program with no long term commitment that saves them at least $ 30 on monthly massages.

I was in need of a message due to long hours at work that resulted in tension on my neck and lower back. I made an appointment for a 90 minute message. YES 90 MINUTES!!! At Elements Message with Meline. It was very satisfying. Perfect amount of pressure and skill. She knew how and where to ease the tension. You will not be disappointed!!!

I’ve been working 12 hour days and 10 hours are on my feet. I broke my pelvic bone a long time ago and now it’s starting to catch up with me, so needless to say I needed a massage badly. I walked in and spoke to the blond front desk chick. She was awesome and suggested a masseuse that could help me with my issues. I made an appointment & told her that I would come in on my lunch break so I had to be in and out. Maline was soooooo good. She has a firm pressure and thorough technique. If I lived in the area I would make her my regular massage therapist. It’s also very clean there.

So there are several words that I could use to describe this business, but incompetent and unprofessional will be enough. I signed up for their monthly massage program in February and was fairly satisfied until today. I got a new credit card a few months and forgot to change my credit card information with Elements back in August. I was able to go every month except once. Last week I scheduled an appointment for Sunday, hoping to resume my membership in their monthly program. I even got a call on Saturday to confirm my appointment. When I asked the girl about the massage I was charged for, but unable to use. She informed me that no massages were available. I informed the girl that I disagreed with her «research» and requested an explanation. She infomed me that Lauren, the manager would research the account and follow up with me later that day. I informed the girl that I would not be showing up for a massage if I wasn’t going to get the massage I paid for. She assured me I would get a call from Lauren that day. I received a call Sunday morning, to inform me of my missed appointment. I walked in today to speak with Lauren regarding my account and my paid massage. I am surprised at the quality of individuals that are charged with the responsibility of managing a business of any type. Lauren was extremely rude and condescending. She has absolutely no business being a manager, much less dealing with customers. When I informed her why I missed my appointment yesterday, she replied «I didn’t know I was supposed to call you back». Hello, its your job. Now in order for me to get the massages that I already paid for I would have to pay $ 120. This is something you should tell your customers before they agree to your monthly massage program. As I walked out completely upset at my interaction with the manager, Lauren very condescendingly says «bye Claudia, thanks for coming by». I only gave this review one star because I had to. I hope that the owners read this review and take the appropriate action with this employee. How unfortunate and sad that someone like that is the manager of what could be a great establishment.

Had a mixed experience here. Took my husband for a couple massage for his birthday to try it out. He said he masseuse was wonderful. Workout out his kinks really well and he felt great I was not so lucky, my girl was ok, some things she did felt nice others not so much. The next day after my massage I could barely move my neck, a week later and I am still sore. It was not a good experience for me. I also didn’t like how salesy it was when I was checking out. I didn’t realize going in that this place was a membership type club, it felt very much like Massage Envy which I don’t particularly care for. I am not sure if I will go back.

I love, love, love this place! It’s in a great location — 78 and Nordahl Rd. over by Kohl’s. The studio is beautiful, warm and inviting, and everyone is very friendly. I’ve gotten a number of massages there, most recently with Katy. All the therapists I’ve seen (Katy, Alec, Jacki, Stacy and Monique) have been fantastic — very knowledgeable and professional. If you get massages regularly, they have a wellness program that saves you money. I’ll definitely be back.

I have now had a two massages here and absolutely loved them both! The studio has a very calming atmosphere that really lets you relax and enjoy your massage. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am pretty sensitive when it comes to deep pressure, but Stacy was really able to work her way into my muscles to loosen them up and had me walking away feeling a lot better and the majority of my back pain relieved. Overall would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality massage at a convenient location.

This place is by Kohl’s and Costco — convenient off the 78 freeway. I have had two massages from Monica and they have been perfect. Great touch and not too chatty. Monica has 20 years of experience and you could definitely tell. Love her! Because of her, I went for the club deal. So, 5 stars for Monica but 1 less for the overall vibe of selling memberships. I ended up signing up for the deal because I want to come back for Monica and have not regretted it, but these sales pitches are why I avoid places like Spa Envy.

It was my first time getting a massage. The front desk girl was very friendly and they assigned me a therapist Desiree. She was awesome. I get «it» now. I get why my wife keep getting massages, I get why subscription based massage spa can thrive. It was a very pleasant experience and you feel rejuvenated for days after your massage. I signed up for the monthly and looking forward for my next appointment.

Was in the area visiting the Safari Park and strained my neck and shoulders the day before so by the end of the day was pretty sore and really needed a massage. I called for availability and the front desk was very helpful in getting me in for an appointment right away. Rachel at the front desk greeted me when I checked in and quickly filled out the paperwork so I could get in for a massage while the kids were eating dinner within the shopping center :) The reception area and the surroundings were very tasteful and clean. My therapist was Stacey who took me back to the room and really took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of the massage and told her about my sore neck and shoulders. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed, table was warm with nice soft lighting and relaxing music. Stacy really took the time to address the areas I needed the most work and was able to work my lower back which I did not realize needed work until she addressed that area. I felt like I got a complete massage and she gave me some helpful recommendations on stretches I could do to stretch out my neck and shoulders further. I definitely felt much better afterwards was able to better move my neck and shoulders! Upon check out Rachel greeted me again and did not get the hard sales pitch as mentioned in another review. I appreciated the mention about their Wellness Program and how I could save money on future visits. If I lived in the area I would definitely want to come back and see Stacy again who was very professional, and caring.

My friend & I went in as a treat to ourselves. I see she already posted but I want to add to our experience. Firstly, all they do is massages so its not a real spa. Secondly, from the minute you walk in you realize its a place that churns out massages. We got a tacky sales pitch by the owner who was wearing shorts and flip flops (seriously how to NOT be successful) I think this is a franchise deal like massage envy because these people don’t know how to run a business. The therapist was nice and given the right location and products could be great, just not here. We laughed it off as a lesson and weird experience.

This place is another massage assembly line. Tacky surroundings and yes, they will hit you up with an uncomfortable sales pitch on your way out. I also met a strange man who claimed to be the owner but he looked so unprofessional, not dressed or acting like a spa owner. Overall bizarre experience.

First time I went there and the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. I was able to get a couples massage appointment within the hour. The massage was fantastic. The introductory rate was definitely worth it for an hour.

This place is really clean and simple. I love the décor and how fresh it feels inside. I went here with my mother because we both received gift certificates for this place. The massage was great and very relaxing. They accommodated us having to reschedule appts a few times and were very helpful. The only downside is my 55-​minute massage felt much too short. Part of the reason was our fault because we showed up at our appt time, instead of early, but they had us fill out paperwork and still counted our massage as beginning at 10, not the full 55-​mins, but regardless was a great massage.

Laying in my bed with back pain I started a Internet search for places to go for massage therapy in Escondido. And 20 places pop up and most of them are closed because it’s 6pm on Saturday. .After reading the Unilocal reviews I could either go to the place I normally go to that is OK but I’ve recently been leaving feeling less than satisfied. Oh give a new place a try… so I decided to call and spoke with Hailey, she was very pleasant and helpful and informative. She got me in for a hour massage and that’s where I realized what I’ve been missing. There is a complete difference between licensed masseur and all others. For a hour I was the only thing that mattered to Julia.
She walked me through each part and only went on once I was satisfied. And I was. Crystal took care of my lady and she was in complete agreement with me (for once). They also have a membership program but didn’t push it on us like other places. I know we have found our new place to get pampered. When we finished they greeted us with a bottle of water and gave us a breakdown of the massage. And a card that had your trouble spots and when they recommend you come back for your next massage. I found it different and very detailed… They also offer military discount. Give them a try.

I went here last night and I must say they are MUCH better than the other membership massage places. Yes, they do have a membership program available but there is no high pressure sales pitch at this place. They’ve only been open for a little while now and I hope they can keep this amazing experience going.
I had a massage from Shirley who had amazing pressure! She checked in with me frequently and made sure to take care of my problem areas. The manager (Diane) was very helpful and friendly too!
