We are locally owned and have been in business since 1966–
We cater off primise for 100 or more, but can certainly fix you up for any number on pick up orders-our specialty is feeding large groups at a reasonable rate and with ease. Just give us a call and we’ll do all the work for you.
History
Established in 1966.
Our Mother, Bonnie Fuschak was a waitress at what was called «The Pit» back in th ’60’s and though she didn’t have much education had the fore thought to know one day her four children may want to go to college and have a better life than her and she decided to buy the restaurant ~ and that is how Fuschak’s Pit BBQ was born. A few decades later and now it is run by her children still using the same recipes she did in the ’60’s.
