We are a general dental office that also performs orthodontic procedures. We accept most PPO insurances and hope to build great relationship with more great people from the North County area. We have three great dentists and hygienists that work to offer an upfront and honest approach. We are not a large office that is a part of a larger company, we are a private dental office. Therefore, every single patient matters to us, and their experience is paramount in our success. We always hope to gain new patients, and if we seem like the right fit for you, give us a call or visit the website. At the end of the day we just want North County residents to be healthy and happy with their dental care.

History

Established in 2004.

Grandon Village Dental Office was started in 2004, and we have looked to offer the same high standard of care to present. Because we are a local office, and are not a part of a national chain, we feel we are better able to meet the needs of the local community. We are here because the good people of North County San Diego have trusted us, and we do not take that for granted. We have offered orthodontic care to younger generations, and still pride our work in dentures for generations that need them. Our hope is that we represent ourselves as great stewards of dentistry, allowing those who might be nervous or have financial challenges a place where they are treated for their dental needs first, and feel safe to discuss any challenges. These values are based on the common sense principals of our owner, Dr. Gerald W. Bailey. We hope that you find the time to come and judge us for yourself!

Meet the Manager

Benjamin B.

Manager

Born and raised in central California, and now a resident of southern California. I worked for almost 10 years in the airline industry and wore many hats. Among them I started as customer service agent/​Ticket Agent in LAX. Then decided to see the world as a flight attendant. All that stopped when I met my beautiful wife Nora in 2004, and married just 6 months later. Soon Nora would be accepted into Medical school in Southern California, and I was offered a rare opportunity to work with my father Gerald Bailey in establishing a dental office in San Marcos, Ca. I can only say it has absolutely been a pleasure, and I have a feeling I will treasure this experience for many years. I have now been the practice manager at Grandon Village since 2007, and hope for many more valued years working with my father and serving the communities of North County San Diego. I value being part of a business that is based on the integrity of my own father. I have found him to be my best role model.
