Love HairBiz! I’ve been going to Debbie, the owner, for years and she is really great at what she does and is fun to be around! The other gals that work there are fantastic, as well! You won’t be disappointed!

Hair Biz is easy to miss — it’s sort of near Bradley Park in that area to the east of Rancho Santa Fe. It’s worth seeking out though. No one can tame my extra long, frizzy hair like Constance. She recently started doing my highlights as well.
I love Constance.
I used to visit her at Ulta, but now that she works exclusively at Hair Biz, I made my quarterly trek over for a highlight, lowlight and trim. She does such a great job and the cost is so unbelievably reasonable that I can’t NOT go. I never got so many compliments on my hair until after she started coloring it (I like red).
The salon is low key and nice. Everyone there is friendly and there’s a nice neighborhoody feel to it. They even do nails!
Can’t wait for my next visit — Hair Biz ROCKS!!!
