Dan has over 30 years’ experience in electronics and Computer & I.T. Technology. His experience included 30 years previous ownership of Captain Video IN HOME Tv Service. This has given him a unique ability to troubleshoot problems both from a software and hardware perspective as he understands the way the software works in conjunction with the hardware.

Being a small business owner himself, Dan also has the advantage of understanding the struggles and pitfalls of running a small company. He is particularly adept at finding affordable «Intelligent Solutions» to help individuals and companies work more cost effectively and has the skills to put these solutions into effect from conception to completion.

After reading several reviews for computer and smart tv tech guys, I decided to call Dan to help with the new smart tv Samsung. My problem was a little unique because my husband is hard of hearing and needs to use earphones. We kept getting an echo. He was here within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and now we’re all set to go. While here I asked if he could help with my Mac, with making a slideshow for my family. That’s also now fixed! Just wish I had called him earlier before wasting so much time trying to figure it out myself. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Reasonable priced too. Highly recommend him for any electronic type issues.

Dan answered my call immediately. He was very personable and knowledgable. Dan picked up my 27″ iMac computer and returned it promptly after the installation of a new SSD hard drive. He was prompt and showed up exactly at the time he specified. He installed new software and transferred all the data from my old failing mechanical hard drive. His pricing was reasonable and the job went without any problems. My 3.5 year old iMac now runs like lightning!
I highly recommend Dan for your computer needs.

Dan is awesome! My mac died on me, and he came to pick it up from my work, got back to me that night, with a diagnosis and estimate. Super reasonable, and had everything cleaned up and working great within 2 days. I’ll absolutely use him again. Very friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Dan is the answer man! Seriously. I was at my wits end when I was lucky enough to find him. When we spoke, he talked me down from the ledge and told me that he could help me. (no one else had been able to, and no one else had really even listened to me) I had so many issues and he helped me with all of them. I really couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dan. I mean it.

Dan has been our IT person for years, as someone told me «pay someone to play at what you work at ». The hours, money and headaches Dan has saved my company would be hard to calculate. He has programmed our mobile phones with great apps and features
and has just made technology so much easier for everyone in our office. Dan comes in about every quarter to make sure our systems are up to date and running smooth. His knowledge of new products that will save time and money has been great. If you need help Dan is the one to call.

I spoke with Dan when I realized I had been a victim of the CBT locker virus. Basically if you get this virus and haven’t backed up — you’re screwed. But at least I knew what I had because he picked up the phone, was very responsive and helpful. Wasn’t what I wanted to hear but that part is all my own fault. I wished I didn’t wait to listen to smart guys like this until it was too late. He will be my go to from now on.

I have two reviews for Dan. One for me personally and the other for the business I work for.
Dan is wonderfuIl. He is honest, affordable and very attentive. He takes the time to find out what your needs are and then gives you options for serveral budgets. I’m not computer savy and I know that Dan is my IT man from now on!
Dan is also our IT man at work. He has sytematically worked to update and increase our computer’s speed. We have 8 computers plus a server and he patiently worked on the computers one at a time. Sometimes waiting a month before he began work on the next computer. Very considerate and understanding about our cashflow. I have hired many other IT companies in the past and have paid way too much. Dan is a man with ethics. I trust him completely with all our computers. Now he goes in remotely at night so that he does not disturb our work time. Pleasure to work with!

I have to tell you that I am not computer wiz by no means. I am lost when it comes to this stuff. My old computer was running slow I contacted Dan he too the time to log into my computer to see what was my issue was. I sat there at home and watched how he went through my computer.
Dan found that I didn’t have enough ram (memory) to give me speed. He guided me to the best place to go and pick up a new computer since that was what I wanted to do instead of adding ram.
Dan logged onto Amazon for me and put the extra parts that I would need into the cart for me. EASY!!!
Then once I purchased my new computer Dan came over and set it all up for me as well as gave me lessons. Dan knows his computers as I have had people in the past that weren’t half as fast. Dan is also coming back next week to give me personal lessons on Quicken and Gmail.
I agree Dan is the computer doctor and very reasonable and got to me in a timely matter as we all know we don’t like to be without our computers. I feel like I don’t have to worry now I needed to download something for work I called Dan in the morning he got back to me and in 20 minutes he logged on and downloaded the program for me.

Dan Pastel has been my computer tech man for several years now. I am not quite comfomfortable with finding my own solutions to computer problems alone, so being able to call Intelligent Solutions for help by remote has been great they are able to understand my non «computer savy «descriptions and fix it for me without having to physically touch my computer. Last winter, I found that I had been sent a virus. I just called Dan and he told me exactly what to do while he search my computer by remote. My computer was up and running in a few minutes! I have always gotten. The service that I requested promptly and been treated respectfully!
