L & R Electrical Services

After several other electricians came by the house for estimates and discussing what I needed, I hired one. He did some work, but left things unfinished and wasn’t returning my calls. So I decided to look on Unilocal for an electrician. I came across Gerry and decided to give L & R Electrical a call. I’m very glad I did. Gerry is thorough, communicative and reasonably priced. Thank you. And also his wife, who does the scheduling, is very speedy with return phone calls and texts. Look no further, this one is a keeper.

I asked for a quote 7 weeks ago to get a ceiling light support fixture installed. It’s been 7 weeks, 7 weeks but no work has been done yet. One delay/​excuse after another. I’m done. Gonna find a company that wants my business.

Gerry, the owner of L & R Electrical, was incredible. He was extremely professional, neat, clean and friendly. He also beat out a few other bids I received.
We had him do electrical work to add wiring for a ceiling fan in our family room. We were very concerned that he might need to make holes to run the electrical. Gerry took the time and walked us through his plan of attack!
There was a previously installed ceiling speaker (for surround sound) that he wanted to use for access. Gerry went out of his way and contacted the installers of the speaker to assure he removed it perfectly.
He took the time to protect all flooring, electronics and furniture in his work area. And cleaned up after!
He is also a pet lover!
I plan to use his company for any future projects and recommend him highly for everyone’s electrical needs!

Gerry did an amazing job. He replaced 2 ceiling fans and installed a rather difficult one. He was so neat. Cleaned everything and was very respectful of our home and time. Would highly recommend and will clearly use his services again if ever needed.

Gerry installed two ceiling fans, two new light switches and replaced several other light switches around the house. He was super friendly and respectful of our home. He covers everything to prevent a mess, and cleans up really well after the job. Very reasonably priced. We definitely will be using again for future electric work.

Gerry is awesome!!! I messaged him through Unilocal and heard back within 24 hours. He came to our house Saturday morning to install a light in our nursery and change out the switch and outlet. He was friendly, efficient, thorough, and did an absolutely amazing job! We will definitely be calling Gerry for all of our electrical needs and would highly recommend him!

Gerry is flat out awesome! Not only does he know his trade, but he showed up on a Sunday — fixed our previous electrician’s «repair» (that resulted in a FIRE in the wall box) and was a perfect and thoughtful gentleman throughout the process. Very reasonably priced, and took great care to check everything out to make sure it all worked before he left. We could not offer a higher recommendation than we do for L&R.

Gerry is wonderful. Gave me a fair price, did excellent work, and really knows his stuff. He installed two ceiling fans for me, even with vaulted ceilings and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I had Gerry out this morning to install a new outlet on the exterior of my house. He did a great job, fast, clean, professional, and best part his prices are very reasonable.

Showed up on time and fixed my bad outlet and installed a fan in our living room. Price was much cheaper than the other companies I called. Highly recommend!
