Business Owner
Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction/remodeling business for 7 years. Before he received his own contractor’s license
in 2011, he was the sole apprentice to Kevin Runge — owner of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 69 4534B) — for over 5 years. As an apprentice, Marcos received ample amounts of in-depth and hands-on training and instruction for almost every type of job (examples: home/structure additions, remodeling, new construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc…).
Marcos is well trained and experienced in estimating job costs and assembling easy-to-understand job proposals. He is proficient with County and State construction codes, which all licensed contractors must adhere to for legality reasons. He is also well versed in the sometimes lengthy process of obtaining the necessary licensing for the larger, more extensive jobs (examples: home/structure additions, new construction, etc…).
