Even though I am giving one star, I would like to mention some of the good this apartment has to offer. First is the price you get a decent place for the price in San Diego county. Property is clean and all the appliances work great for being slightly old fashion. Second managers are nice and complex is pretty quit. Now the negatives. Parking is the worst. You get one assigned spot and everyone else has to park up top of the hill on the street which if you in a hurry it will take time for you to climb that hill. Insulation is really bad, can hear all your neighbors and during the summer and winter either heat or air condition escapes causing your electricity bill to spike. In the first month living here, the unit above had a water pipe burst causing my unit to get flooded. The apartment did put me in a hotel for the times they repair the place. However, my stuff sustained a lot of damages and primary not from the water but from the workers. They destroyed my furniture which is expensive, my electronics had white paints all over which took forever to remove. It’s one thing for managers to be nice but they don’t really care about their people. When moved back in, the place was just in horrible condition and really messy. Called corporate they did sent a cleaning person to clean the floors and counters but that was it. I would not recommend this place. I signed a 6 month lease and will not resign again with them.

Thanks to these reviews, I will not be renting here. Corporate doesn’t even give a shit about what’s going on…

Just moved here recently and so far I’ve been very happy. Nice apartments at a fair price and mgmt has been friendly and responsive when I’ve needed maintenance. There are a lot of kids around here and yes some of them can be noisy but that’s on the parents. One disappointing thing is no grilling allowed on your own patio. I’m guessing for fire concerns or possibly because the smoke can waft into other folk’s apartments. They have a separate area off to the side for grilling. Too bad because the ground units have big patios. Overall Iv’e been happy since I moved here, though.

Children at these apts run around like they have no parents, in the middle of the street and at all hours of the night. Security is a joke. There is one mean lady at the front office that needs a makeover and customer service skills. The pool is closed on some days without any notice. No pets are allowed and no loud music is allowed however they do let mentally unstable people to rent these apts. Police are constantly showing up at this lady’s house; she likes to violently scream at the top of her lungs in a different language to someone whom no one else can see. Usually around 5am-8am, or sometime after midnight. Staff is seen constantly but landscape does not exist seeing as how the front yards have no grass just the dirt and the roots of the trees are visible.
