I was referred to this office by a family friend because I was told by a different dentist I needed some work. I came in for a consultation and the staff was very accommodating and inviting. They take pictures inside your mouth and explain what they recommend. Needless to say, Ive always had a great experience in every aspect of treatment and the crown Dr. Salazar looks like my natural teeth. Awesome Awesome Awesome!

Recently quit my job so no dental insurance. Took advantage of a coupon which included an evaluation, x-​rays, and a cleaning. Booked appointments for both my mother and me.
Pros:
— Clean and new office.
— Dentist is professional.
Cons:
— Front desk person booked us at 11am — did not tell me that we were actually back to back appointments until we got there, so much waiting was done in the waiting room, then again in the chair.
— Very pushy with their ‘recommendations’ which were basically just scares — they were trying to scare us into deep cleanings, more frequent visits, and other products/​services. I keep close watch of my dental hygiene over the years and get cleaned regularly every 6 months. There was no change in diet or anything so stressful (yes I quit my job but I was not stressed) which would create such an alarming need for so many services. Even my mother, the most easy-​going and accommodating person I know, was annoyed and frustrated at how pushy they were with her, even though she has very clean teeth and had regular cleanings as well.
–The cleaning was not a cleaning. They kind of scraped around my teeth and gums quickly and called it done. They didn’t do any cleaning on my mother’s teeth at all, no scraping, nothing. Because they’re clean. She only received xrays and the eval. So why create/​exaggerate issues with our mouths and be pushy with extra things?
Suffice it to say, we did not find a our new dentist at this office. Don’t send out a coupon to try and earn business if you don’t actually try and earn it honestly by cutting services, don’t communicate effectively, and clearly crap your way through the evaluation by overly pushing services.

Dr. Salazar is a great guy. He is gentle, understanding, professional, and extremely accomodating. His assistant Angie is just as amazing and the new blonde hygienist was very gentle when giving me a shot (the old one had to leave and take care of family). I have a super high metabolism and usually need more pain killers than everyone else. They are happy to give me lots of medication so I don’t feel pain without making me feel like I’m asking a lot. For my third crown Angie didn’t force me to try removing the temporarily crown without the angelisics (which is procedure), thank God cause that was always pretty scary and I always felt the pain.
Also Dr. Salazar quoted me a price for a ¾ crown and charged me at that price even though I ended up needing a full crown! He didn’t even mention that until I asked because he said my original tooth was shaved down as far as it could go. I saved a couple hundred bucks. Very ethical man. Oh yeah and also I’m a bit of weirdo and he always treats me like I’m normal no what what crazy story I tell him.

I must say, since I was a kid I’ve hated goin to the denist. And even as an adult have avoided those visits at all costs… However, I must say, my visit, from the staff, to the facility was by far more enjoyable than I could have imagined… And Doc Salazar was a rockstar. Lol he knew how to make this 32 yr old sissy dentist visitor relaxed and not cringe at the thought of a return visit. Which I apparently have to do from my lack of past (skipped)regular check ups. But i must say thank you. I’ll now take care of my much needed dental issues!

I have been here a couple times now and the staff is always very attentive and knowledgable. The first visit was an emergency crown and this time was a scheduled visit. Great office and great experience. One additional comment, I love the fact that Dr. Salazar stays up to date with all the modern technology.
