Agility peeps from all over Southern Ca. trust and rely on Dr. Cheryl to keep their dogs in top shape for competition. Almost didn’t want to review as she is far too in demand now. I have a standing monthly appointment for my Labradors to make sure we can get in.

This person worked a miracle on my dog… and I don’t believe in miracles. My young dog Dazy had been diagnosed by my Vet with 2 herniated discs and after 2 months of carefully controlling her in a small area and using heating pads, metacam, etc. she was no better. I took her to another vet, a recent Davis grad, who diagnosed not 2 but 3 herniated discs. Total cost to operate was $ 4,00 to $ 6,000 per disk. My ex talked with one of her friends and she suggested a dog chiropractor. I did not know there was such a thing but found Cheryl via google. I was very very skeptical and am generally ‘right wing AMA’ not into alternative therapies at all, but it was my daughters dog and i wanted to make sure I had tried everything. When Cheryl did her first treatment, which to me look like she was just rubbing her back, I was like ‘bullshit’…but the dog in fact was better the next week. I took the dog back 4 more times at $ 30 a pop. and she was back to normal in about a month. Its been a year now and the dog is perfectly fine. I thought I would write this review after I looked up her number for a friend and saw no other reviews on Unilocal(there are great ones on other sites). She also does human chiropractic. Cheryl is very unique in health care treating both humans and animals(there was a Union Tribune article on her), but was literally a miracle worker with my dog dazy. Thanks so much Cheryl!
