Contrary to the previous review, I think Dr. Rafa is the best. He is trained in both chiropractic and physical therapy, and it shows. He takes the time to find out where the problems are and how they started. He’s also constantly learning, and bringing in new tools and techniques to try.
I’m an old guy who still drives to the coast occasionally and surfs, and fitfully tries to stay in shape for that. Early on he gave me advice which I didn’t follow closely (stretch the psoas, glutes, and hamstrings and build the back and core). Instead I read and read and found it was all ending up in the same place, which is to say Dr. Rafa’s original advice. Dude knows his stuff. Now I follow his suggestions religiously.

Our whole family sees them. My husband, our toddler, my in laws, grandmother and I all see them. My daughter and I see Dr. Sarah. She is the best. My daughter LOVES going to see her. She has been going since she was 3 months old and is now currently 2 years old. Dr. Sarah has always been so gentle with her and it is nothing like how an adult is adjusted I would recommend all parents to take their children to see her! She is really good with kids. Now that we have been taking her to see Dr. Sarah we can tell if something is going on with our daughter. She is so informative and helpful. I was actually scared to see her myself because I was scared it was going to hurt. I know that with babies it is soooo gentle, but I didn’t know what to expect with me. I have a bad tail bone that gives me problems. It was a great experience! It was the BEST adjustment I have ever had! I love getting adjusted! My husband says that Dr. Rafael is also very good and he feels sooo much better after getting adjusted. They are moving from the Hopkins place so call to make sure you have the correct direction. I would recommend everyone to see them!!!
