First time here today. When we walked in at around 4pm, we were the only ones in the restaurant which would lead one to believe that we would receive our food quickly. We ordered at the register and the cashier was less than enthusiastic and was not helpful at all. We asked what was in one of the sandwiches and she rudely said the descriptions are on the menu below. We told her we didn’t have our glasses so it was hard to see. An employee should know what their menu items consist of! Not like there was line forming behind us, we were the only customers for our entire time there. Anyways, sat down. Table was dirty so we moved. Table next to us was piled up with dishes and wasn’t bussed for at least 15 mins. The sodas were flat as well. After waiting 13 minutes… my turkey sandwich came out. My boyfriends sandwich which was a bbq chicken sandwich took another 8 minutes so it total 21 minutes from ordering. I have no clue as to why 2 sandwiches should take that long to make when we were the only two people in the place! There was no apology or updates from any staff member. By that point I really had a sour taste in my mouth about this place, and its all because of how to staff acted. The food was alright, but I expected a larger sandwich for $ 13 plus a drink. It was 6 inches. If that. I personally had the pesto whole sandwich combo with a Greek salad. It was a bit dry and there wasn’t much meat. Needless to say, will not be returning, and I am disappointed that I wasted my time and money today eating here.

I don’t under the 2 ½ stars reviews. Kids friendly atmosphere. Unlimited great tasting bread sticks and bacon loaded pastas, who wouldn’t like that? Always come here with family for family event and the price is good. No waiters to bugs you, so what if you have to get up and get things yourself. I like it that way. Lol Will continue to come here for many more family events.

It’s been a while since I’ve been since but I decided to come by and see how it is. I definitely wasn’t too impressed by it though. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup a bit too rich for me. Definitely NOT on the light side. It was really thick with the cheese/cream and didn’t give much of a broccoli flavor either. My go to though is the lemon chicken pocket sandwich. It was still great with house mustard, so if you are wondering what to get I’d definitely grab this. I decided to try their bacon jalapeño bread sticks. It was actually pretty good but don’t get it if you’re trying to lose weight haha. This thing was definitely heavy but was just so dang tasty! I was definitely not happy by two things though. The order they gave me was absolutely wrong and they had to take it back to the kitchen. Then the guy brought me another table’s order… then on the third try they finally got it right. This place also had probably one of the WORST smelling men’s bathroom I have ever been in. It was definitely not a good way to end the meal by going in there and regretting stopping by. Overall, I definitely don’t think I’ll be coming back here. There’s a lot better places to go to and it has gotten more expensive. I just didn’t like the service or the cleanliness to warrant a return.

I drive down to visit SD sometimes. I drive back up with 120 lemon wings. Thumbs up for the lemon wings. If you live in SD, bring me wings. Did I mention the lemon wings are good? The breadsticks are addicting if you still eat bread. Other menu items don’t do it for me. That’s okay though. Wings. =)

6 Ribs for $ 17.49. You’re kidding me right? Marginal ATBEST. Chicken was small as well. The bathrooms looked worked over. Considering that there were 2 other tables that had people sitting at them on a Friday night should have been a sign. If I would have known that this was Pat and Oscar’s little baby, I never would have set foot in the place. The guy that started ‘sweeping’ the carpet with the broom that had been around since the creation of the strip mall had the entire place to clean NOT next to people dinning; instead he was sweeping and kicking up dust between us and the other table that was there. Save yourself the trip, there are several other places to eat in that mall to choose from.

Keep forgetting how delicious this place is. Had the tomato bisque for the first time… with the hot buttery bread sticks. OMG! So good. Cashiers were so helpful and friendly. Pita pocket sandwiches made of fresh pizza dough! Absolutely fantastic! Great coupons available, plenty of leftovers since helpings are so generous. Pizza and pasta also really good. But the Greek salad, my favorite, is the best in town.

The food is always good, especially if you like ribs and chicken! They however deserve a «C» rating in their hygene… the bathrooms need hourly attention. When I was there, the place was empty, so there really was no excuse. I told the manager that they needed attention and she seemed surprised but it appeared she received the feedback(altho unapologetic-ally).

Place is basically the same as Pat and Oscars. Great greek salad and the food is pretty good. Ribs and chicken are above average and sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Would give it more stars but they need to clean up tables and eating area better. I will still go back though.

I have gone into O’s American Kitchen a couple of times. They claim it’s just like Original Pat & Oscars. They said its the same menu. NOTEVENCLOSE. I’ve been in Pat & Oscar’s many times through the years, this place is nothing like the original Pat & Oscars. When I went to O’s American Kitchens today the food was awful. The chicken was very tough, the breadsticks taste awful, it seemed like the bread sticks were 1 day old. I went to the real Pat & Oscars in Temecula last week and the food was fantastic. If you’re looking for terrible food go to O’s American Kitchen. If you’re looking for the original Pat & Oscars go to the one in Temecula. You won’t regret it. O’s American Kitchen, shame on you for thinking you are the original Pat & Oscars.

I’ve used O’s for larger catering orders and the two most recent visits I’ve been disappointed with their customer service. There manager Damian is very rude and needs some training in customer service. He gives off this vibe of been bothered. Needles to say I will no longer be coming to this establishment.

I wanted to go to P&O’s(I mean O’s kitchen) because I was craving some of O’s breadsticks. I was crazy about the carbs and buttery garlicky goodness in high school. It looks and tastes the same! Michelle who took our order and helped us was very nice and is great at her job! 3 stars because the place was really messy.

Previously known as Pat and Oscars now called O’s kitchen. First time coming here since the name change and I think it tastes exactly the same, still incredibly delicious. Bread sticks are still amazing, and free breadsticks when you walk in the door. I ordered the turkey avocado club, something I used to always get at Pat and Oscars. It was still as delicious as I remembered. It came with potato wedges, breadstick, and a pickle. My boyfriend got the chipotle BBQ chicken club with a Greek salad, 2 breadsticks, and a pickle. He thought it was great, we were both actually shocked at how great the food was. We both were definitely impressed. Staff was all very friendly as well, while we were eating they came by and gave us 6 free breadsticks and said«sorry for the wait» although we didn’t think the wait was long at all! So it was pretty cool getting more breadsticks. We’ll definitely come back, it was great to try this place out since the name change! The only negative was the place was a little dirty. Also all of their ketchups were nearly empty, and there was no more dressing we had to ask for some.(They have an area where they keep all the sauces for you to come and grab)

Me and my fiancé come here all the time the food is pretty good. But today the customer service was terrible!!! When I was ordering my food I asked the manager what was in a salad and he gave me attitude. Then they took forever to bring us our food

This place sucks. I am used to going to the Carmel Mtn location and just happened upon this location for lunch. Cashier did not know what came in a family combo. Food was underwhelming. Salad was not fresh, limp and not tasty. The meat lovers pizza was TERRIBLE. Seriously, the pizza was inedible for me and tasted like an undercooked, grease ball and left a metallic taste in my mouth. Meat dipping sauce was ok and breadsticks were edible… but overall this was a total waste of money and time. I asked the server which dressing was fat-free and she said«sure»…she acted like she didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I was asking. Or she was just super rude. Also, I am not an overly crazy germaphobe but every single high chair at this place was FILTHY. Seriously, so disgusting. I know it sucks working at a restaurant and wiping down highchairs but you have to hose them off every once in awhile, ya know? Never again will I eat here!

I love the food here. I grew up on pat and oscars so I’m assuming this is be same company because it’s very similar. The food is absolutely great but the management and staff is extremely horrible. I’ve had the worst customer service here. I have no idea how this place is still running properly. Very unclean, inefficient, and rude.

Their all American burger was so good. I definitely recommend this. I’m not sure if they have regular fries but it would have been better. The burger alone was amazing. Staff here was friendly and welcoming. Very nice place.

After having a some yummy breadsticks a few months ago, I was highly turned off by the plethora of unattended tables with dirty dishes and deep dish pans. Napkins, forks, juice on the carpeted floors and spilled soda outside, I told myself never return. Nevertheless I’m all about second chances so I decided to return… While I was still unimpressed with the amount of dirty dishes and half filled cups, there were much less than my previous visit. Maybe I came before the rush this time… at any rate I stayed for lunch and ordered the BBQ Chicken salad and some breadsticks… but I was still nervous. While the people appeared to havering shifts that interrupted their kindness, my salad came and it was great! I took a bite and was shocked! I ordered the small because they’re notorious for huge portions and it was the perfect size. The b-sticks were also well made and eaten. Just don’t ask to order the gourmet b-sticks they always say«it takes too long». But to me they’re worth the wait. I did stay away from the soda machines… they were, shall I say«fingerprinty» if you know what I mean… All in all I’ll return, but clean up the place please.

Still looks like Pat & Oacars but man, has this place gone down hill!!’ Ordered the ribs & chicken combo with green beans as a side, my girl ordered the Bancock salad. Well, after 15 minutes 2 pieces of chicken and three ribs showed up. I asked where the beans were. 10 minutes later they finally showed up with her salad. Food was fine. A dozen tables needed to be bused when we got here. They were only partially bused when we left. The red headed bus boy went from partially busing a table to filing salad dressing bottles to sweeping the floor, then serving food, back to busing, never once washing his hands. Cross contamination going on every where!!! Kitchen floor was flooded with water. Everything messy. Tables all out of place. Chairs not pushed back to the tables. This place needs management! Staff needs training. I hope they get there act together. place won’t survive if they can’t make the place look presentable.

Not as good as it used to be, but a decent meal at an acceptable price. Coupons and voucher deals can make it very affordable. Ribs are usually good, but were a little dry on the most recent visit. Service is OK, but it doesn’t seem like enough people are working there. It is often slow getting the food, out of silverware, and tables don’t get cleared/cleaned promptly.

New Business — New Review! Still a great place for families. Kids like the Salad and the Pizza, and the adults like the lemon chicken. Let’s face it, kids can be noisy and messy here and it’s okay. A few downgrades since Pat & Oscars. — The Greek salads no longer has beet discs! A few worm like slivers were all I found. Where are the sliced yellow peppers? — The Family deal used to have ribs, not pasta. Now if you want ribs it’s like an extra 10 bucks.
