I have shopped here many times for furniture. I love coming here because it is a family owned business which means no pressure sales. I walk in, tell Susana what I want and she shows me what they have. If I don’t want it, no big deal, no high pressure etc. I can get in and out quickly without any hassle. I have found their prices to be very fair. Susana is a sweet lady, she remembers me every time I come back to shop!

Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered 2 twin beds and they were 199.00.They were nice beds and they got delivered today and they came with no bed frame! I was never asked by the lady who wrote up my order if I wanted a frame so I thought my beds came with a frame. I mean why would I want to put the beds on the floor? So I called and the lady answered the phone and she was SO RUDE! I told her I would go ahead and take the frames but she went on and on about how the beds didn’t come with frames and you have to ask for them. I still said ok Ill take the frames but she was still talking!!! Sigh… so I have 2 beds that aren’t complete and now have to pay an additional 50.00 for each frame. An unexpected expense! I would NEVER shop here again.

I went in there asking for a bed and told them what I could afford. They showed me straight to the bed of price ranges and below that I was comfortable with and they dint make me feel like they were pushy or rushing me. They dint use the, *this bed is much better but so much more and worth it line* like many sales men. The staff is very friendly the girl that helped me was super polite and answered all my questions with out a snotty remark. I love all the furniture they have in there at very low prices. I bought a mattress set there and was more than happy at the price I paid compare to other furniture stores asking for 4x more the price. All the stuff in the store looks and feels of good quality unlike high marked items at other stores that end up being of low quality and materials. The bed I bought there is so comfy and wonderful. They even delivered at a low price of $ 80.00 and they set it up. Other places usually ask about $ 200.00

Saw the ad on Craigslist and thought I would give it a shot. No need to make an appointment, which is nice. Mentioned what I was looking for («the one in the Craigslist ad»), and was shown right to it. Easy to set up delivery and they also offered a basic frame for much less than I’ve seen at other places. Solid quality, easy set-​up.
My only negative is that the woman that was working there came across as impatient and short-​tempered until she realized I knew what I wanted and understood what she was saying. She was nice enough; I wouldn’t call her rude. Just as someone who works in customer service, I would get some sort of reprimand for coming across that way. To each his or her own, though.
All in all, solid place.

Some people are probably not familiar with the name, but its mostly mattresses they sell here. At least I didn’t see any other furniture when I was there.
I saw the ad on Craigslist. My best friend also bought her mattress from a dealer like that, from Craigslist and in a warehouse type location. I figured if it worked for her, it could work for me. So, after calling and talking with the lady about deliver fees and taking my old mattress, I decided to head up to San Marcos to see what they had.
They had a whole bunch of beds, initially the one I saw online was $ 195, but it wasn’t to my liking. I ended up finding another, very firm with an orthopedic pillowtop for $ 399. I have been looking obsessively for a new mattress and knew this was going to be the best price I would find for the type of mattress that I am looking for.
I live in North Park and on a second level, so delivery was a little more, and they charge a $ 35 disposal fee for your old mattress, which was fine. I’m not able to dispose of them myself anyway.
All in all, a good deal. I bought the mattress on Tuesday and it got delivered the next day. It seems like a black market type of deal, but it all worked out for me. I would recommend to a friend, or Unilocalers.
