Roy knows everything about networking and he’s super professional. A third party service contracting company assigned him to install my DVD Vending machine in San Marcos. At the beginning everyone thought that was an easy job; however, it turned out the location’s original network setting allows no more than two ports to be connected to the router at the same time. It took Roy little time to find out the root of the issue. He installed a new router, changed the way how things was routed in lighting speed and saved the day. Thanks Roy. You are awesome!
