DONOTEATHERE! This place is disgusting! I ordered a sandwich from them, and everything looked fine. I got home, unwrapped it, and there was a squishy green thing inside the sandwich paper. I thought it was a piece of squishy old lettuce, but ITWAS A BOOGER! HOWDISGUSTING! Just thinking about it makes me nauseous… DONOTGOTOTHISSUBWAYLOCATIONUNLESSYOUWANTSNOTONYOURFOOD!

This subway is the worst in San Marcos, they close off everything really early and most importantly they never have the food to make a sandwich! The past three times I’ve been to this location they’ve ran out of ham, cookies, bacon, pickles, and bread. Me and my family make it a point to never go to this location. Subway get it together please for the love of all hungry people !

Wow, this is sad. My boyfriend and I stopped in here about an hour ago and I’m so upset by the customer service as well as the subpar sandwich I received, that I looked up the address for this place to write a Unilocal review. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Subway, or better yet, a Jersey Mikes, because I’m so mad I don’t even want to eat at Subway anymore(and I eat subway like 6 times a month). My boyfriend and I were hungry after shopping at the outlets and decided to grab some food. When we walked up at 8pm, every single one of the tables had its chairs stacked on top of it making us question if it was closed or not despite the OPEN sign emblazoned on the front. I’m sorry, but if you don’t close until midnight, don’t make me feel uncomfortable and like I have to leave by stacking all your chairs. We walked in and the employee was on his cell phone talking to his manager, from what we heard he had extra money in the cash register(over charging people much?) We waited a few minutes before I had to use the restroom and in non of that time did he ever get off the damn phone to tell us «Hi guys, it’ll be just a few minutes.» Secondly, to the man working the counter, LEARNHOWTOMAKE A FREAKINGSANDWICH! Stop thinking your cool by spinning bottles in your hand and making little comments on what I like to eat. I’ve never had a worse sandwich from Subway, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen someone put the toppings on top of the meat.(Spoiler: you don’t do this because when you go to close the sandwich, everything falls out!) So a large part of the toppings I asked for on my sandwich fell completely out. Also, it was dry because he didn’t put the sauces where they are supposed to go. It was a poor excuse for a sandwich, I won’t be returning I’m so mad. To be brutally honest, I don’t know who manages this Subway, but get your shit together. Train your employees on how to 1.) Count money so the cash register is balanced out. 2.) Realize the importance of greeting every customer. 3.) The correct way to make a Subway sandwich. 4.) Keep their mouth shut. I don’t need the employee commenting on everything I like on my sandwich. I like pickles? Cool. I like extra tomatoes? Awesome. But don’t make me feel like you’re judging me on how much/what I like on my sandwich. Rant over, Fuck this place.

A very poorly managed Subway. The franchisor is either clueless or simply does not give a hoot. The employees take it upon themselves to close off most of the dining room at 8pm when the place closes at 11pm, because in their own words it’s «less hassle» for them to clean up. The employee did not have a clue how to use Apple Pay when the register was clearly marked and I had used it there before With two employees, one twiddles his thumbs at the register while the other is backed up doing all the serving for an impatient line of customers. That’s poor training that is the owners fault. They ran out of several items, and the employee stated that for a couple items they were out several days. I had been there several times and this place is far too spotty and unpredictable. I will avoid this store from now on.
