had a great time getting my nails done here. First off, the place is really clean. Second, they are very professional and sweet. I walked in and they were able to get me in right away. they really take there time with you. you actually have a moment to sit down and relax. ray did my nails. He did such a great job, and was really nice to talk to. He was very considerate and took his time with the massage. And hot stones??? yes please! and the prices were not outrageous like i’ve seen in other places locally. Definitely worth trying this place out!

Decent spot for a mani/​pedi. I’ve been here easily a dozen times, but hadn’t been in in the last 4 years or so, since it kinda fell off my radar. But it was a good central meeting spot for my mom and I to get mani/​pedis for Mother’s Day. And I’m glad I came back.
The shop is clean, with plenty of chairs for spa pedicures and manicures. They even have a couple mini spa chairs for little kids, which is adorable.
I had gel nails and a pedicure. My manicurist was nice, thorough, and so far, three days later, my nails still look great. My spa pedicure was very good as well and I loved the hot stones they used at the end of the massage. A nice surprise that felt really good.
They have bags of new files and buffers that they open for each customer.
This place isn’t fancy or the most modern, but it is clean, the employees are nice, and the price is competitive

What a welcoming experience! I’ve gotten manis and pedi’s before but this was, dare I say, exceptional. First off, very clean! And they made time for me despite how busy the weekends get. The Madsage was amazing. They really spent time and worked out some knots! I didn’t feel rushed! And a kind gentleman named Ray was so sweet, making conversation with me, and making me feel comfortable. Normally I’m just told to sit down, choose a color, and that’s the last bit of conversation I have before I pay. Not once did I feel judged… Despite the fact that it’s been quit a while since my last pedi!
Thanks Ray, for making my experience great. I will definitely be returning and recommending you!

Appointments are a joke here. Called ahead and asked for two pedicures at 1:15. Mother and her daughter walked in before me and said «do you have time for two pedicure we don’t have an appointment.» They took them and we waited for over 30 minutes. They did the classic move where they put you in chair and have your feet soak. Then one lady finished and another customer came in and she went to her first. I grabbed my shoes to leave and then she came to me. I have small window of alone time and to wait 30 minutes after my appointment for 35 pedicure rant was rushed through and No apologies nothing. I won’t go back. My time is very important. Also 2 minutes on massage and rushed through the callous. I have been here several times and it was ok. It’s 5 minutes away from my house but I won’t be going again

I usually don’t like two people working on me at the same time but they worked great together. I was super relaxed.
Vivian listened to my likes and concerns. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere and get anxious trying new nail places. This place is good in my book.
Mary listened and used hot stones during the pedi. Omg~ much needed and a nice surprise!
Both were gentle.
If I go again and get great service again I’ll bump it up to 5 star!!! To me it’s got to be consistent at being fantastic!

Very affordable prices and my nails always look great! More importantly, the staff is super friendly and professional. They take pride in their work and the salon is always clean and a very relaxing place to get your nails done. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Prices are a bit higher than other local spots, but their callus removal is pro and they give great massages.

I went with my daughter and granddaughter because of the butterfly chair. i was there for a pedicure. In and done in 20 minutes. No massage, no help with shoes. very disappointed for a soak and Polish. I think overpriced for the experience !

I love to get my nails done here. It’s a family run place and they are always so happy and so friendly. I have been everywhere and tried so many different nail places and this one is by far the best both in customer service and pricing, and quality of work. They talk to you and want to know how you are doing and they are always concerned about your comfort and if you are happy with your services. They are very attentive and I’ve never had A bad experience in the past year I have been coming here. And I especially love the fact that they are only five minutes from my house! There are quite a few others and close proximity but this one is by far the best!

My first time here for mommy daughter pedicure. What a great place for a pedicure. Regular pedicure is $ 20 but it includes a great hot stone massage, and really buffing the bottom of your feet. I didn’t even do the callus remover and my heels are so smooth. My five-​year-​old loved the kids pedicure chair and choosing between all the different designs for her thumbs and toes, she chose strawberrys and lady bugs.

I was a «walk-​in» on a Saturday morning. Nicely welcomed and immediately seated for a pedicure. Jenny did a great job. No blood anywhere. Very gentle hands. Nice hot rock massage. And let’s not forget those massage chairs!!! Highly recommend Jenna. Very, very clean. Hope this review helped.

They were friendly, BUT I ended up with 2 painful ingrown toe nails!!! The pedicure was so poor and not thorough. My gel manicure only lasted about 1 week. Won’t go back.

Went for a pedicure… I was unaware that a pedicure was supposed to HURT. The pedicurist must have been in a huge hurry to get my pedicure over and done with… it was border line violent. I told her three times «that hurts», she giggled and somehow thought laughing about it made it reasonable. The sole of my foot has a bruise. The entire «relaxing» pedicure took less than fifteen minutes. The polish is horribly sloppy, and she only put one coat. The store was not even busy, why did I encounter such poor service?
Then, when she rushed me out (no one waiting for chair, my one coat of polish could have at the very least had time to dry!?!), she hovered over — waiting for me to give her a tip.
This is the WORST pedicure I have ever experienced. I will NOT go back here.
Toes On Melrose — get it together, pamper your guests and give them a quality pedicure with RESPECT. Pedicures should not be painful or rushed as this… Unacceptable.

I am extremely pleased with Vivian. She does an impeccable job with my nails. She is sweet as can be as well. As my own nails grow out, there is never lifting or obvious signs that it’s time for a fill ! I would most definitely recommend her to everyone. I’m a cosmetologist and I am very familiar with the state board regulations of nail salons. Most importantly the cleanliness of the salon. Each time I’ve been there I have noticed how clean and sanitary everything is. I think Vivian and her husband are doing a fabulous job!

Not impressed. Just went in here for a waxing and manicure. Polish was clumpy and messy. The waxing was horrible. The girl has NO idea what she was doing and I will definitely need to go somewhere else to have it cleaned up. Never again

I only get pedicures here… they do a good job, take their time and always seem to have people ready to help. Never waiting. My wife comes here getting full service… Mani, pedi, neck massage and her eyebrows. She likes it.
They don’t have TVs and the music (not our style) magazines are older… might be stretching a bit but not a bad little nail shop.

No chit chat — just facts:
1. Called 15 minutes before closing time and they took me for a last minute pedicure (without having to play the… it’s my birthday card”) which it was!!!
2. They did not RUSH… even though I was their LAST client, they gave ample time on pedicure and leg massage.
3. Reasonable prices… out the door with fabulous toenails and no calluses — $ 25.
4. New ownership and new décor. …NICE.
Hifhly recommend, if you haven’t been lately, give them another try!

This is the last time I will ever go here! They cut my cuticles 2 times (one time bleed) too deep and they used drill bit to take acrylic off and pushed too hard on my nail bed… hurt really bad! I told the lady to stop and I didn’t get Gels done!
