are the best as well as all there staff. These guys care about your well being and truly want the best for you. I’ve been going there every week for over ten years.
My back is wonderful and I feel great .Dr Avtar has been working on all 4 of my daughters since they were born, he is a true healer, They offer many wellness services that are incredible and have a fantastic network of businesses they highly recommend. My husband and I could not be happier with the standard of care that Dr. Loos provides. We have both been to other chiropractors before but have never been fully satisfied. I was blown away with how much time he spent with us during our initial consultation and our follow up adjustments. We have been coming for close to three months now and signed up for the wellness package which consists of 4 adjustments and a massage monthly. I can honestly say I have never felt better. My husband and I both have neck issues and not only have they improved but we are spending about half of what we were previously spending at our former chiropractor. I have never had a more thorough adjustment nor have I ever felt like my doctor cared about me and not just my money. I will never go anywhere else!

I’m really torn on this place. I’ve been there twice and had one fantastic experience and one bad one.
I bought a Groupon for a chiro appt and massage. Was bummed when they told me I had to make two trips. Bonus was that this place was 5 mins from my house. The chiropractic appointment went great! Dr Loos has a very calming nature and he explained things in detail to me. Plus they have an awesome water bed thing. I’ve been going to a chiro since high school and I really enjoyed my appointment and felt great after.
The nice ladies up front (Martha and Jessica) helped me book another chiro visit & my massage. They told me it would be best on the same day so it took some rearranging in my schedule to fit both in. It wasn’t ideal for my schedule but since they insisted, I made it happen.
I came back for my appointments the next week, showing up early when they asked. I signed in and then was told that Dr Loos wasn’t in that day. Ummm… then why did I rearrange my schedule so get an adjustment and massage? I was thoroughly annoyed and no explanation or apology was given.
I sat there for 10 mins stewing. I finally got a chance to ask what exactly happened and she (Jessica) gave me an excuse about computers and other employees screwing up. She did apologize at this point.
I had my massage by Tory (I think?) and it was great. Well, until the music went off and i could hear everyone talking. But when I asked her to turn the music back on a few mins later, she was nice about it. I guess she didn’t notice it. Overall it was a good, relaxing massage. One thing the Groupon mentioned was that the chiropractor would communicate to the massage therapist my trouble areas and it would be a more therapeutic massage. None of that happened. She didn’t even know which Dr I had seen.
When I left, Jessica was apologetic again and even told me she tried to see if Dr Loos could come in (he couldn’t). I left feeling annoyed and confused.
I was hoping i would get a follow up call from the Dr or office staff this week. Not even to apologize, but to talk about rescheduling my appointment. Nada. Oh well, there are a ton of other chiropractors out there that I’m sure would appreciate my business more.

My friend was always raving about her chiropractor so when I hurt my elbow snowboarding I finally went in to see him. Dr Avtar was so welcoming and friendly. Before you get an adjustment you lay on this relaxing water massage thing that I love! He helped me with my pain but also a couple other health issues. He is so great!
